This 5 star review is for the service I received from Mo at the store.
I purchased 2 bedroom sets and then before I went back for the Black Friday Preview Sale I called to make sure he was working so he can help me again and I purchased a bar set and a dining room table. He’s professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to greet us and help us out. I’ve come in there before and wasn’t greeted and that set the tone. However I like Jerome’s furniture and if it wasn’t for Mos exceptional service I wouldn’t have come back. They need to give that man a raise. He also would answer all
My questions, show me certain things with the furniture too (like how to take out and put in the leaves for the dining room table).

If I could put 0 stars I would. "Gab" who said he has worked there for 15 years, swindled my 65 year old mother with severe arthritis into buying a mattress that was final sale with no guarantee or warrantee. My mom didn't know Jerome's was final sale as she has bought her furniture there for 30 years and this has not always been the case. She went in and expressed her concern that she is a side sleeper with severe hip arthritis and wanted a "firm" mattress. Because she insisted that's what she wanted the salesman said sign here. With no explanation. She got the mattress delivered and it's hard as a rock. We went in together today and the salesman told My mother to WALK OR JUMP on the bed to break it in. 😳 excuse me? Then customer service at the Jerome's said it would be 90 days until it's comfortable enough and broken in for her to sleep on. That she will call corporate but She can't guarantee a that she will get a different mattress to replace it even tho we went in 1 hour after delivery. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but special thanks to our sales associate, Rammy, for his patience and the excellent service he provided! I just want to share my experience. first and last time here, I did not know I was walking into a final sale store, sales person very pushy in buying a mattress cover which I thought it was going to cover the entire mattress but it only cover half of the mattress. I bought a very expensive mattress I wished they would have said the cover mattress was a final sale otherwise wouldn’t have purchased. But they were very pushy. Would never go back to Jerome’s.
