We were looking for a specific loveseat sofa. We're seniors with slight health issues and didn't want to go into a store. We decided to engage a store representative by email/text. Jorge was the rep and answered most of our concerns; and also made it easy for us to make a selection and make payment by texted link including info on delivery protocol. However, after further research we found that we couldn't use the sofa we selected and decided to cancel. We were fortunate to get help from Manager Christina! She was extremely helpful, patient, kind, understanding, and professional! We were able to cancel our order without a problem and should receive the funds back into our bank account soon!

Barbara was great help in the internet department. Jen was great in showing all my options and allowed me to be on my own to make a decision but she also checked back in with me to answers any questions which I really enjoyed as it made my shopping experience very relaxing. The purchase was very easy and liked that you provided me with the number of Juan to pick up the recliners I was replacing. Thanks for making my shopping experience great. Guess that is why I always come back to Jerome’s for my furniture.

We went shopping for living room furniture, and found a great selection. The sales associate Mo was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We took a couple days to look and decide and when we returned, we were grateful for his help with our purchase!

This place is the typical sales BS everyone hates. They are quick to say hello and help you find out what you like. The milliseconds you pay, their support is no longer there. You bought the extended warranty and paid extra to make sure you don't regret your purchase. So what. They don't care. Read the fine print they get to decide that it's your fault and not an accident.. we walked around with our kids to pick out a dining table set. Floor salesman made a couple suggestion. We said no, we need something more kids proof. He assured us that the extra warranty would cover us for 5 years. Any accident would be repaired or the table would be replaced. It's been a year and as expected kids accident scratched the table. They are kids. After a month of trying to get a hold of someone. They call with a specific question I did not realize was a gotcha.." you called about some scratches that have been made over time from using the table?" I said yea blah blah... that "yea" was all she needed. No coverage because you said yea to that statement. That is literally her statement. If you buy, do not buy warranty. They won't help.

Never again

$1000 leather couch. Was backordered for two months (the sales rep never told me it was out of stock) then when it finally arrived, the cushions were so poorly stuffed, That you basically sag into the couch and hurt your back almost immediately. Customer service refused to help telling me I would have to wait three months for new cushions with no guarantee that they will be any good. At this point, Jerome’s is fired. Never giving these scam artists my money again. Product not as advertised.

They refused to refund the couch. I’m gonna get it reupholstered out-of-pocket at my own expense.
