My experience at Jerome's today was great. Walked in and was greeted by B.She lead me to the product I had mentioned i saw online immediately. When we got to the product she left me to take my time and find the living room set that I selected after an hour and a half. When I found what I liked, I found her and she helped me out right away and got me through the check out process quickly.

I found similar power reclining sofas in three stores. Jerome’s was the clear winner. It was the least expensive but looks awesome! The track arms are stylish, the built in usb and usb-c ports are handy, the wall hugger feature works great and it is super comfortable! Jerome’s had a no sales tax promotion plus they threw in the white glove delivery at no cost saving me more money. There was no pressure just helpful, friendly service.
I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. The delivery process was fast, and efficient!

We recently bought a new house and decided to upgrade our dining room table. Our first and only stop was Jerome’s,
Carlos greeted us at the door and took us right to the table we saw online. We bought it. On our way to the tables we couldn’t help but notice a wide variety of living room sofas. Carlos guided us through and we purchased a sofa that met our needs. Next we updated to a king size bed and nightstands. We weren’t done yet. We got a dresser and 2 sitting room swivel chairs. Everything we got is well made, looks great and was reasonably priced. Carlos was very knowledgeable with the entire inventory. He made the whole experience fun & easy. Sign showed price of item with & without Sales Tax. No Sales Tax (their Labor Day Event Sale) they give you that sale price then want to add Sales Tax to it? That’s Not Right! After speaking to Mgr, I received the price shown on display, (he said he didn’t want to argue with me). That seems like false advertising to me?
