I will definitely shop here again. Friendly, helpful, non pushy employee. She was full of knowledge about the furniture and sales going on. This is our second time returning to this store to buy furniture. Our other furniture is great quality and has lasted almost 10 years. This time we bought sofa recliner couch’s and chairs. Beautiful color and amazing price.

Great service, the moment I walked in Patricia Lopez helped us out. We immediately found the couches we had searched for online with her assistance, and she and another gentleman (supervisor I think) helped me source one of the couches they didn’t have in stock. The transaction was pleasant and quick. No hassle. Highly recommend this location and the West Covina one as well. By the way, the couches they sold me were on sale, such a great deal. They are very comfortable.

Would give negative stars if available. Sales made everything sounded great and smooth. But it turned into a nightmare situation. We brought a 4 piece bed set, First delivery has to be returned due to damaged items and rescheduled for second delivery in another week. We have to put the bed back together so we can sleep on. Then a week later we have to take the bed apart again to get ready for the second delivery. Second Delivery comes and all items are damaged AGAIN!!! On top of that, the delivery personnel are very careless, l have to chase all over the street for the garbage they left behind!! This is very unprofessional. We are going to file a dispute with our credit card company now. Will NEVER shop with this company again!! Not worth the headaches!!!

All was good until it was time to pay. I paid $3,000 on a $4200 purchase and took the 12 month 0% financing. After all said and done I reviewed the receipt and found that the purchase price on the couch was $170.00 more than the sticker price. I asked the young man at back counter and he had ti call the sales person Carlos. Carlos said that I didn't qualify for the sticker price because he gave me the Labor Day sale deal of half off my love seat. The whole time I waited in line I read their sale advertisement and the discounted sticker price and NO where did it state you didn't receive both, unless you take the 60 month 0% financing, which I did not. Carlos then turns this issue over to the manager and he starts explaining that he can't do both even though the store postings neverr indicate this. He was speaking to me like a child. I told him that this is deceptive advertising and the Manager agreed but said that's too bad. I will tell everyone I know and I'm disappointed in my experience with this company. I have pictures of the posted advertisements from the sales floors and I reiterate that NO where does it state they can not be used together. The way this was handled by the manager was not ideal either .

Jerome’s was stocked with a variety of options for what we were looking for. We had in mind a very small 4 person, simple dining set, our sales associate was not pushy. He allowed us space to look and speak openly. We did find what we were looking for and it was priced in our budget. They had an early Labor Day sale! Winning!!!!
