Service Manager Dave worked me in and solved my problem quickly and with no charge today. I've owned two Volvos. No car is perfect but Volvo's commitment to safety is worth supporting if you can afford it. And Jim Fisher's service department are capable and customer oriented in my experience over 10 years. Nick and Dave are great.

Jim Fisher Volvo Cars and their sales team, led by Jim Fisher himself, are truly top-notch. I recently purchased a vehicle from them that unfortunately developed issues requiring Volvo North America's intervention. While the manufacturer fell short in providing the necessary support, Jim Fisher and his team stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding, and I deeply appreciate their efforts.

A huge thank you to the entire staff for their professionalism and commitment to their customers. If I'm ever in the market for a Volvo again, I’ll be sure to return to Jim Fisher Volvo!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I took my car in for service and then spoke to a couple other Volvo dealerships and my car is still under warranty and they wanted me to spend 2k to fix my car. I called another dealer who deals specifically with used Volvos and they recommended the other Volvo dealership in town! Thanks to them, I saved 2k. I just can't understand how you can be so dishonest. I'm so glad I shopped around! They were also quite rude and dismissive.

Update:
I just had a phone call from the new service manager trying to smooth things over and he was so nice and friendly. I do think he will make a huge impact to this dealership!

This week (Thursday, 1/16) I showed up for 8AM servicing of my 2021 Polestar 2 with a failed front sensor, only to realize that I had arrived a week early! Rich Glen welcomed me anyway and quickly said he could get my car serviced despite my error. He also found a loaner Polestar for me to drive while servicing was completed. He kindly asked if I had a preferred pick up time and was able to get the work completed even earlier, checking to ensure the 2 year maintenance had also been completed. When the dented failed sensor appeared to be damaged by a rock hitting it and my warranty would not cover this item, he offered a 10% coupon discount. This was by far, the best personal service I have ever experienced from any dealership and my sincere thanks to Rich Glen! I'll gladly return to Fisher Volvo in the future and recommend Fisher to friends and family.

I left my car Volvo XC90 to fix some issues, by mistake I left $500 in a small secret compartment by the steering wheel, my car was there a week without any work. I talked to the owner Jim Fisher and he said that nothing was stolen there, they don't have cameras.
After a week I received a call from them to tell me to pick up my car because they were not going to work on it since they did not feel comfortable. After the complaint resulted that they seemed like they are the victims.
I am very disappointed in how they handled this complaint.
There is No money and they didn't fix my VOLVO after 7 days parked in their garage.

We are looking to buy a car in the next 12 months, doing our research ahead of time we wanted to check out Volvo from all the good things we heard from friends. Mike assisted us and he was quite rude. Laughed that we were looking now then walked away. The reason we are wanting to look now is to see that years model, the 2025. Then purchase the 2025 in December of 2025. Volvo lost a customer because of him.

The only place I've purchased Volvos from, low key & no endless discussions. Decide on a purchase & come back when all paperwork is ready to be signed. No pressure, what other dealer has you leave & return later...

When it came time to install a hitch on my XC90 I explored my options and opted out the factory hitch. You know, the one that electronically drops down when in use. Not only was this hitch the priciest option, it did not seem to be the preferred hitch to install if the car did not come with a hitch from the factory. After researching other options it seemed that multiple owners and some Volvo dealer mechanics really liked the quality build of the stealth hitch. The stealth hitch required very little alterations to the facia and came with OEM towing module and harness (which Volvo requires if you plan on getting it programmed for towing). Since I have personally installed over half a dozen hitches on luxury cars in the past, I opted to do the install myself. Everything was straight forward and included a page of information to give the dealership when they program the module. Many XC90 owners have mentioned it is a fast and easy process. I called Jim Fisher service department and asked for the rate to program the module when the technician asked who installed it. Once I told him I installed it his immediate feedback was to find an independent shop to do the work (which he and I both know there are not many independent Volvo mechanics that have access to the system that programs OEM equipment). When I started to explain the electronics were OEM, I had experience and that multiple dealerships across the country work with this manufacturer, I realized he had HUNG UP ON ME! First of all the hitch itself might not be Volvo but it has nothing to do with the programming. Second, why sell OEM Volvo parts that require dealership programming if your going to refuse to program them? Third, what kind of representative at a luxury car dealership hangs up on a customer before they have a chance to finish speaking? Lastly, even if there was a problem (after I had a chance to speak) maybe they could ask more questions or do some homework before denying assistance. I could have put them in touch with Stealth hitches (who has sold over 1000 hitches to Volvo) or a Volvo dealership who has partnered up with them. I did my homework before making the purchase. I have owned many new luxury brand vehicles, BMW, Audi, Acura, Infiniti, Lexus and Land Rover (off the top of my head) and I have never been treated so rudely. I would have to say that simple rude gesture probably will cost Mr Fisher thousands of dollars. I do have friends that drive Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar etc and we always talk about our cars and our automobile experiences. This will be top of my list next time we get together. Who trained that guy on customer service? My very first interaction with Volvo as an organization and it was a big FAIL.
