After two other contractors did not follow through with either getting us a bid or not being able to do the work after the bid. I looked on Facebook Market place for RELIABLE Electrical company. Nothing was looking promising but the next day there were ads in by Facebook page. JM Electrical stood out to me as if stated VETERAN owned business. I am a veteran and whenever I can support them, I will attempt. I dialed the number and Jason texted that he would call back on another line - the canned response. I was like oh no here we go again. Jason the owner of JM Electrical called back within twenty minutes and we set up a time for him to come and look at our needs at submit a bid for us. He was early for that appointment and was very professional and caring about exactly what I wanted in my She Shed. Proposed a bid that was within our budget, and we set up a date and time for install. Morning of install I was not ready, but Jason was very patient in getting my wants down for what I wanted for outlets placed, Lighting needs for inside and out. Him and his other installer worked until the job was complete. When I went in to look at it I was so pleased that the outlets were exactly where I wanted, and the lighting was exactly what my Shed is going to need. There was no residual mess of wires around as they had cleaned up behind themselves and left my shed cleaner then they found it. If you are looking for a Reliable, Affordable, Conscientious and Caring Electrician, I would whole heartedly recommend you get that service with JM Electrical.

JM Electric came right out to give me a bid and estimate as scheduled. They charged what he quoted me and did a GREAT JOB!! They were on time and very communicative throughout the process. His pricing was very competitive. We had a 20Amp dedicated circuit installed, 6 fans and 3 TV outlets where you can hide your cords from sight. Jason and his team were very professional! Jason even gave us a military discount! That was a wonderful surprise to an already great experience! Our fans and TV look and work great! I’m happy to have found an electrician we can count on and trust!

Jason and his team are simply AMAZING. trust me and just hire them without any thought. I had shopped around and spoken to many electricians. Jason took his time to explain everything in simple terms without making me feel dumb; and didn’t rush me to hire him. I asked many questions and follow ups via text/calls and he responded immediately. They started the job as promised, finished ahead of schedule, and left the place sparkling clean. Pricing was the best I’ve seen and there were no hidden surprises whatsoever. He even helped me with other items that weren’t in the original quote at no cost. I want to gate-keep and not share with my friends and neighbors, but I’ve already shared his contact info with several folks because he’s just that good.
It’s hard to find trustworthy folks these days, and I’m so blessed to have found Jason and his team!! I already have a few other projects that I’m motivated to start because I know it will get done the right way. Thanks J! 🙂

I had 5 light fixtures installed and the technician Lilo was awesome, he was so fast and quick. He did an amazing job, I would definitely use JM Electrical again for all my electrical needs. He left the areas nice and clean. He was so professional and polite.

Did a good job on changing a breaker but refused to return calls and come back to complete the job as promised. We had to call a third electrician to come out and finish his job.

Totally GREAT experience with JM Electrical. I was having problems with an electrical circuit that shut down several major appliances. Jason came out the same day I called, and fixed the problem, replacing the defective components. In addition to his timely response and expert repair work, I appreciated his letting me know when he was on his way. Let me not forget to mention that his price was fair and reasonable!!! Also (and perhaps most important to me) Jason is trustworthy and dependable!!! I'm glad I called Jason, and now have an great electrician going forward.
