Decent wool yarn selection but I'd like to see a lot more!!

Great service- on a busy day the assistant manager calmly and politely handled an irate and argumentative customer, explaining the wait was longer because there were only 2 staff that day. When the customer continued to argue, they professionally kept the long line moving and offered an avenue for the customer to submit a complaint if they wished. The fabric selection is nice, too, especially the Eddie Bauer collection.

Love it, employee's are very nice and welcoming. Just wish they have more colors of duck canvas.

Aly is the best! She helped me pick out the most beautiful yarns for a baby blankets. I've gotta make 2... we don't know what our grand baby is yet! Aly made us feel like she really cared that we got just the right yarn for our upcoming bundle.

The gentleman at the cut counter was great, I think his name was Anthony, he helped me find the exact camo fabric I've been looking for for ages! Very professional and respectful. And the young man (Finn i think) at checkout was an absolute delight to talk to, they were both excellent employees. I just wish you had more flannel stock.

Not to complain but a sort of strange experience. ANOTHONY was helping me cut some by the yard foam. He first told me there was no 3" foam, so I would have to get 4". Then he went off to help another customer, getting 2" foam pieces down from a high shelf. While up there, he saw 3" foam, and with me and the other customer standing right there, he offers them the 3" foam, JUST IN CASE they wanted it, even though I had asked for it before and the other customer never asked for it. So that was weird, and I took the 3" foam. Then I go to have it cut and he is going to draw the line with marker and I said please dont, he started drawing anyway, saying he had to use a marker. Luckily I was able to pull it away from him before he made more than a dot. Strange to be defiant for no reason, wanting to mark up something I was going to be buying. I had also asked him to show me the measurements before cutting and he was just going on ahead with mapping it out without telling me what he was doing first, weird. He told me the price and I decided not to get it because it was so expensive. I heard him telling other customers about coupons so I assumed there was none for what I was getting it else he would tell me too right? I left. I looked online for coupons and found one specifically for what I was getting. I went back in and showed the cashier who was very friendly and said yes of course we would honor that coupon. Then I go back to see Anthony to cut it. This time he lets me mark the cut line with tape. He asks me exactly what coupon I found and I told him. After cutting it, he goes up to the cashier, talks to her and then walks away. When I get to the cashier she tells me oh they aren't supposed to honor online coupons but she'll do it this time since she already said yes. I asked what changed, she said corporate changed something and she had been mistaken before. So Anthony had gone out of his way just to tell her not to honor the coupon. All of this and zero friendliness from him the whole time, a weird vibe. Watch out for ANTHONY!

It’s hard to get American size zipper from Japan. I have just zipper broken which is abercrombie and fitch Parker. So It’s perfect timing to visit states. But it’s little bit expensive for me to get only zipper is cost about $19.64=¥2950 lol
