We purchased two beautiful light fixtures--indoor Casa Light and outdoor Almond Leaf lantern--and we are so pleased with the products! The lights took a while to get, but it was well worth the wait. You won't be disappointed. The owner and everyone at the shop was so courteous, too! At one point, during the home installation process, we realized needed an extra part because our ceiling is at an angle. I took the light fixture into the shop and the owner was nice enough to add the part right then and there, on the spot, at no extra cost. We are already planning to purchase another light fixture for our dining room! The lights are dazzling--they take you to another era and create ambiance--and the prices reasonable for such high quality work.

Roy is a genuis. He just finished a two story chandelier for a large custom home we built. When you deal with an artist such as Roy, you should not expect timeliness. What you can expect is to have high quality custom finished light fixtures.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They charged me for my light which did not show up for 6 WEEKS after they told me it would arrive. I called multiple times, emailed multiple times to no avail trying to talk to someone to get a refund or see if I had been scammed. When I finally got ahold of them they said “they had staffing issues” then “we had some items on back order”. I’m sorry NOT MY PROBLEM. They then proceeded to charge me full for my order PLUS $30 shipping to have it delivered. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone getting scammed by this joke of a company like I did. Save yourself the time, hustle and effort and buy whatever you were going to buy from anyone else - you will be more satisfied.

Ordered 10/16/18 three just threeeeee glass bell pendents and they received my money and then I guess forgot about me until now 12/6/18 that I finally got someone to answer me just to give me an excuse that the glass maker was in vacation for that long and not even apologize like take it or leave it last time I order from here no professionalism
