In conclusion, these carpet cleaning professionals are the ones you should go for! With a plethora of carpet cleaning services out there, I was quite confused after reading various reviews and considering recommendations from my friends. I was lucky enough to have the owner, Jaime, come to assess whether it would be better to clean my area rug at my place or to clean my carpets at his workshop. His meticulousness, professionalism, and communication skills were top-notch, which is why you absolutely can't go wrong with their service. When I first came into contact with Justin, it was for a carpet cleaning job at my apartment, which was mostly covered with carpet and spanned roughly 1500 sq feet. I was experiencing some frustration and was in dire need of a reliable service. Justin did an exceptional job! Despite my frequent attempts at cleaning and daily vacuuming, the carpet hadn't looked its best. However, Justin managed to restore it to an almost new state! Later, we moved to a place without any carpeting. When Justin contacted us for his regular check-in, I mentioned we no longer had carpets, but we had a sofa that required urgent attention. Justin made the couch smell wonderful and it looked spectacular! I'm eager to tell others about my positive experience. If there was an option, i would definitely assign them a rating of 10 stars. For over 15 years now, Jaime, Micah, and Ashton from this carpet cleaning company have been my trusted allies in maintaining my area rugs and wall to wall carpets. I started relying on them when a highly valuable oriental rug of mine was deemed irreparable. But they exceeded my expectations, not only did they restore it but they also cleaned it to a point where it looked better than ever. As a property owner, i depend on them for carpet cleaning during the transition between tenants. They've never let me down. They're always up-front about what can and can't be done, and they've proven their reliability time and time again. Their professionalism and profound knowledge in carpet cleaning is unmatched. My large family also uses their services and we fondly refer to them as the 'carpet whisperers'. Incredible job! Ashton and Jaime make an unbeatable duo. Ashton is a true expert and Jaime, being his younger colleague, makes for an excellent partner. They're the only ones I'll trust with my carpets, far surpassing those who over-soak with their wand methods. Both Ashton and Jaime are extremely pleasant to converse with. They have a deep understanding of pets and the mess they can cause. After their visit, my entire home smells so fresh. My carpet is impeccably clean. I plan to book them bi-annually. Their rotary pad carpet cleaning equipment from Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery is second to none. Do yourself a service and invest a bit more. You certainly won't regret it. I admire their workmanship immensely. My pet, Scrappy, and I look forward to their next visit. It was sad to see them go but they left my carpet sparkling clean as they headed to their next assignment. That's how professional carpet cleaning works!

The new team, including Justin and Wyatt, showed up promptly, displaying great professionalism. They went above and beyond, aiding us in moving furniture and children's toys to ensure thorough carpet cleaning without leaving any spots untouched. Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery did an exceptional job of cleaning my carpets. The technician, let's call him Micah, was professional and amicable throughout the service. While there was a minor hiccup in the scheduling process, the company was very accommodating and promptly rescheduled for the very next day when the initial timing didn't work out. I appreciate their efforts in coordinating tasks efficiently within the given 3-hour window. I do hope they continue improving on this aspect, but overall, I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service in La Jolla.

Our office manager managed to book a last-minute appointment ahead of an extended weekend with Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery. Micah was very accommodating and effectively fit us into the schedule at this leading carpet cleaning company. Jaime came and his work was absolutely outstanding. Even when my colleagues unintentionally stepped on the carpet during the cleaning, he stayed cool and professional. The next day, Wyatt and Justin, two technicians, came to correct the carpet issue. They devoted nearly an hour to ensure the carpet mending was done properly and that it would be durable this time. It was clear they were striving to ensure my satisfaction. Their initiative to correct the issue is greatly appreciated. I'm confident I'll be utilizing their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The attached photo shows the newly mended carpet patch, it's almost impossible to tell it was repaired! Previously, I engaged the services of Jolla Steam Rug & Upholstery for a carpet mending job on my staircase and for a stair cleaning. The technicians, quick and friendly, were considerate of my pets and mindful around my house. My only qualm was regarding the initial carpet mending. Over the weekend, I observed the mended patch on my carpet starting to unravel - almost as if inadequate glue was used or it wasn't applied correctly. I'm uncertain of the actual mending method used, but it didn't seem very durable. Given the price, I assumed the patch would be more robust and better attached to the staircase carpet. I was worried it wouldn't endure, as the staircase is a frequently used area in our home. I applied some glue myself to ensure it would hold, so it doesn't look as neat as I had anticipated considering the cost of the mending.
