I had a broken leg on one of my dining room chair and brought it to Jorge to see if it could be fixed. It was a bit pricey and it took a while to have fixed, but i can understand why. His workmanship is flawless. You can't even see the break. He does a great job with the repair and my chair looks like it did before. I would definitely recommend.

I was looking for someone who was experienced with antique furniture. After seeing previous positive reviews, I chose Mr. Garcia’s shop. He was very knowledgeable, polite & responsive, coming out the same day to assess & quote me a price for the work I needed done. I had a desk & chair repaired & refinished & a small armour repaired. I am extremely happy with the finished products! Mr Garcia did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him!

I brought two classic matching arm chairs to Jorge that had a lot of sentimental value ... but one of them with a broken and splintered wooden leg. Jorge was able to fix and strengthen the broken leg so that you cannot see that it was ever broken, tightened the seat webbing to give both chairs a firmer seat, and re-stained the exposed wood arm rests and legs. They looks like new chairs! Though the one with the broken leg took a little longer than Jorge had originally proposed, my wife and I are thrilled with the quality of Jorge's work and the extra wait was well worth it.

Jorge stripped the peeling paint from an old wicker trunk and refinished it along with the hardware. He completed the job within the original time and cost estimates! 🙂
