Javier and his team did an incredible job on our small yard makeover. We spoke with multiple contractors and he was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our job consisted of turf (including a French drain), uplighting on trees, a drip system, and installation of a new Japanese maple tree & 30+ plants. Javier and his team exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend him!

Javier and his crew completed a huge remodel of our back yard. They did an amazing job! Javier is great with communication, is very reasonable on pricing, and very flexible in making sure everything is done to your liking. I can’t express enough how pleased we are with Javier and his work. We had our backyard expanded. We had flooding the year before and this year we haven’t had any problems. If you’re looking for a one stop shop, Javier is your guy. We had drainage, golf pad, patios, fence and even electrical work done. Javier was such a pleasure to work with.

These guys did a great job of transforming our front yard into something the neighbors won’t report to the city anymore! Javier was easy to communicate with and did a great job with all the details. His guy onsite, Carlos, was also very easy to work with and made a few changes here and there until we got it just the way we like. Check out the photos!

Javier was easy to work with, and his team did excellent work. They showed up on time each day and worked a full day to complete installing an irrigation system, drainage, grass and a paver path in our backyard. It did end up taking double the amount of time originally quoted (14 days instead of 7) although the only change order accounted for one of those days, but overall we are pleased with the experience and will contact Javier the next time we have a project to complete.

J’s Modern Landscaping was the perfect choice for the start of our three phase project. Javier’s knowledge and suggestions in how to proceed were instrumental in us choosing his company.
The first phase involved the installation of a new retaining wall. The project involved removal of an old wooden retaining wall, removal of a significant amount of dirt to widen our side yard, as well proper drainage. Javier and his crew worked diligently to complete the job in the targeted timeline.
We plan to use J’s Modern Landscaping for Phase Two of the project, which is a new wooden deck. Then Phase Three will be the landscaping of the yard. When everything is complete, we will plan to share more photos to show the excellence and high quality of work that Javier and his crew provides!
