I have been spending money at this store for the past year. The customer service is horrible for the young guys that deliver. I recently made a purchase which cost some money and I was advised that it would be delivered on Wednesday the 19th. I had someone waiting at my house for the delivery to come and no one came. I finally called the store around was advised that the truck had just made it. Ok fine I can accept that. So I asked how I was not given a call to just advise me that they were running behind. Too my surprise I was advised that they do not call customers to tell them that and plus they have too many customers that they deal with. I immediately went to the store to get a refund. If you can not take the time to let me know that you are running late then I do not need to deal with you. I will not be making any more purchases from this disrespectful store!!!

I would not recommend anybody to juarez furniture. Their customer service is really bad. This business doesn't deserve any stars. I wish I couldn't give them any star. On February 24 my husband and I purchase a king bedroom set. The lady said it will be a 2 weeks delivery because it's coming from L.A. That was a lie. We waited over 2 weeks. I call them on March 9, the lady said that the delivery truck was broken down. The lady said that it should be here by Saturday. I call them back again and a man answer the phone and I ask him about the bedroom set, he said that it is in. He said they could deliver it tomorrow. They did deliver the bedroom set, but they brought the wrong color nightstand it was suppose to be espresso but they brought a black nightstand. Later that evening, I notice that the headboard was crack. I immediately call them about the headboard. She said that she will let the delivery guys check it out. The next day the delivery guy check it out and he even took picture of the headboard. 2 weeks go by still no headboard. On March 28 I call them again. The lady said that she put in an order for the headboard already. I told her it shouldn't take that long. We been waiting.She said it should come in next weeks. 2 weeks later we still dnt hear nothing from them. On April 4 my husband call she told him it should be here next weeks. That's still a lie. Today April 18, still nothing. This business is really really bad. The can't call us to let us kno about anything bout our headboard. We always have to call them. All we want is our headboard. it shouldn't take this Damn long just for a headboard. It's just ridiculous.

We bought a cal king bedroom set when they brought it to me it was broken from dresser and foot board they had to come twice to change it and the mattress is nasty it smells like a hotel mattress like someone smoked on it i put febrezze odors powder and the smell wont go away be careful before buying here lo barato al última sale mas carro

Great people great vibe best prices free set up free delivery didn't mind paying what I paid for, like they say you get what you pay for you're not going to get thousand dollar furniture for under a thousand so im honestly satisfied with what I got the delivery service was extremely fast and set everything up thank you guys, you guys rock no bed buds no nothing I'm not worried

i wish i could give this business NO stars !! -5 ! we bought 3 mattress sets from this store and come too find out a month after spending $400+ everything we purchased also came w bed bugs !!!! wish we would have listened too a family friend when he told us NONE of their furniture is new , just pulled together from other old pieces of beds and couches and re stapled ! this place should be shut down ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE unless you want bed bugs !
