Kade and Wade were the perfect choice for us as we embarked on a major remodel of our newly purchased Gulf Shores home. We were managing this remodel remotely, so Kade's organized process and excellent communication made this a painless endeavor. In fact, we found it fun and looked forward to our meetings with her to make selections and design decisions. We made a couple of trips back to Gulf Shores during the remodel and Kade organized our time expertly so that we could get many decisions made in a short amount of time. Both Kade and Wade listened to our ideas and concerns, but also guided us to make the best decision for the space and for our budget. Wade impressed us with his vast knowledge of construction and his eye for detail when working with his subs. The two working together really transformed a tired 25 year old home into a beautiful space that will function much better for many years to come.

We have worked with Kade and Wade both residentially and commercially and let me tell you we were not disappointed on either scale. Our commercial work was on a 30,000 sq foot space. Kade took the time to get to know the vision we had in our heads and then made it into a reality that was above and beyond our expectations. She was professional and organized and really helped keep the project on track. She truly is incredible at her job. Wade can also make almost anything into a reality with his skills. We chose KLID immediately after our review of three competing bids. KLID was clearly the most organized and price competitive. Kade Laws has an impeccable feel for the style we wanted to achieve and helped but never pushed our decisions. Their attention to design detail was spot on. We live in Texas therefore communication was essential, yet simple and informative through Zoom calls to review our choices of colors, tile, flooring and plumbing hardware styles. We were given a detailed calendar with the renovation events by week and updated photographs of progress. The craftsmanship Wade Laws exhibited on the work performed was outstanding. Kade was always available and responsive if we had questions. Kade and Wade were just so easy to work with. We absolutely love the results and would highly recommend their services. Having Kade involved with our new construction build made the process so easy and enjoyable. I cannot imagine doing a project like this without her. She is very detailed, extremely organized, and knowledgeable not only of design but of construction and the process in general. From the initial meeting with Kade until the final walk-through, the design and construction process have been seamless. On the rare occasions Kade called us with a hiccup in the process, she always had a solution ironed out. When working on a renovation from another city, that kind of proactive problem-solving and communication is critical! Kade’s relationships with local vendors and suppliers were extremely helpful in ensuring we got good prices on materials and keeping the project on schedule. My husband and I have renovated 10+ homes in the past 10 years and this has been by far the least stressful one.
