Love this company! Highly recommend. I was apprehensive about finding someone to fix my couch which suddenly developed a sagging dip after only one year of normal use. It was just days past the manufacturer's warranty which was so frustrating but Kay's Furniture Repair turned my negative into a positive. They were so quick to respond, they picked up, fully repaired and delivered my couch back to me in perfect condition in only 2 days! I know if I had tried to fight with the manufacturer about getting them to help me or if I had tried to do it myself the whole process would have been a struggle. So glad I went with Kay's. We have a new person starting in our company and sadly they are getting an old desk (still a great and functional desk but we wanted something nice for our new person). It needed some TLC and general repairs. There was a large gouge and several nicks and scratches. Kay's Furniture team came in and in less than two hours made the desk look like new again. They were reasonably priced - much better than several others we called and they were willing to work on site! They followed the Covid protocols and their team was very nice and professional. I would use them again for sure!

We had Kay's repair and clean a 100-yr old lawyer's bookcase with glass doors, and they did a great job. They even made two missing pull handles to match the existing ones. Beautiful job, and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.

I texted Kay’s Furniture Repair and, within hours, Saul Gonzalez arrived at our house to look at a 36 year old coffee table that we love. It had a lot of abuse and use. It was often used as a stage. Saul took this very beat up table and made it beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased. It only took about ten days for it to be delivered. In addition, Saul made a two piece puzzle for me as a gift. It’s on the website. I totally recommend this company.

We have had two sets of kitchen cabinetry refinished and the results were excellent. One of the kitchen cabinets was mid-century modern and he stained the wood to our precise specifications and took care to clean, polish, and re-install the brass knobs expertly!
