Oct 2023- Had deck cushions completely replaced. Measurement guy said he could get them made and foam we wanted in time. We hired them based on their word. There are many companies in the area we could have chosen. A few days before we had to leave company tells us they they don’t have the foam we picked out. Company said they had comparable foam to what we ordered with one they had in stock. We had no choice but to accept their replacement foam trusting that they said it was comparable. Company is blaming us for accepting replacement foam which we didn’t see until the day they delivered the cushions and we were pulling out the next day. Replacement foam is complete garbage.

Contacted them to see if they would own up to using extremely sub par foam. Tried discussing with them to work on getting replacement to what we originally ordered when we are in the area again. Their response was we had to come in to chose foam we want. Um, can’t come in because we are not in area yet and what we want is what we originally ordered. Cushions are one year old. You look at the pics and decide if the foam they recommended is anything you’d be happy with. Remember, this is only one year old and they started looking like this after 3 months. People who come to our boat have to use a cushion to sit on our cushions.

To your response: we did not see the replacement foam until you showed up with them the day before we left already inserted in the cushions. Since my husband was already duped into subpar foam once he did not want to contact you until we were going to be in area. Again, if you feel cushions should look like this in a year and you don’t stand behind your work - that is your choice.

Kevin did a fantastic job repairing the upholstery on our Lexus. He suggested some options and we landed on an inexpensive repair that was perfect. And he was far quicker than expected, completing the work in less than one day. Highly recommend for cars, boats, outdoor furniture etc.
