My husband and I stopped in today our first time in. We have driven by 100 times, but never stopped. Today we went in looking specifically for Amish outdoor furniture. Table & Chairs. We found exactly what we wanted, plus we looked around and bought a new office chair and a recliner and another chair to match for our living room. We worked with Joan and she was so helpful to us and so nice. We love that it had beautiful furniture and the showrooms were stunning. So much to choose from there. We always bought furniture in Madison, but never again. This will be our go to place. Thank you so very much Joan.

Customer service matches the outstanding quality of their furniture. I've dealt with Keck quite a few times and have never regretted anything I bought. No matter how modest the purchase, I have always enjoyed respectful and thorough salesmanship. Recently when an out-of-state relative stopped in with me, a Keck family member (Hannah) cared enough to go out of her way to look up information that was helpful to him, even though because of distance, she knew he could not buy from Keck. I value this business, and the region is lucky to have it.

What a great local store with fantastic options. We heard about how wonderful the experience is from others in the family and thought we would give it a try for living room furniture. Will was fantastic and allowed us to browse all of the pieces in the store then checked back to work with us to create the perfect sofa and love seat for our space. We provided him dimensions of the room and he mapped out exactly what would fit in the space in our new construction home. Since we don't have an exact date when we will be able to move in, Keck will hold the delivery (which is included in prices) until we are ready for it. Thank you Keck team!

We have always gotten our recliners from Kecks, so I went with "tried and true" again. Joan was fantastic! Found me exactly what I wanted, and could order it in the color I wanted. Will take a bit longer than I'd like, but I expected that because it's a special order. They do have a delivery charge, which I don't mind at all, because they take my old chair, which means I don't have to try to get rid of it!!!! Very, very satisfied.

Quality furniture, great service. I went shopping for a sofa (and possibly a recliner). I first stopped at a National chain where I was approached by a sales associate that snidely commented that the Packers were playing. I replied, "that's why I am here. I knew it wouldn't be busy". He directed me to what I was looking for and said "I'll be over there", motioning in the direction of the TVs. I forgot his name before I even left the store. I then went to Keck's where I received Tom's full attention. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I returned a few days later with my husband after discussing our options. We worked with Ryan on the details of our order. He was also very helpful & friendly. Completing our sale went past their normal operating hours, but Ryan never rushed us or seemed annoyed that we were there past 6pm on a Friday night. We look forward to having our sofa & recliner delivered.

Our experience with Keck Furniture was amazing. Ryan helped us find the style we were looking for, was patient as we chose our fabric offering suggestions based on our comments, and walked us through choosing options such as leg type, nail heads, etc. Our delivery guys were careful and courteous while removing our old and setting up our new sofa and love seat. We have had our furniture for 6 months now and are so very happy with our purchase. You definitely get what you pay for at Kecks!!

My wife and I were looking to replace a 30+year old recliner and finally get a good quality dinette set. We wanted to stay local and started out at Keck. Tom was our salesman and was very helpful and extremly patient. We would wind up buying both items that day and are very happy. Little did we know that they had a sales promotion that day and we received a nice discount. We would highly recommend Keck Furniture
