My refrigerator install went great. One of the young men was very polite and funny. The other one never spoke. I’m not sure he could speak English. The polite young man was conscientious about water on the floor, etc. As far as my new microwave, they brought it with them, but told me another installer would need to be scheduled as they didn’t do that. So, I was disappointed about that. I was supposed to receive a call later that afternoon from Kelly’s to schedule the microwave install but it never came. I’ll take care of that install myself since it was totally overlooked. I know the installer that Kelly’s uses, so I’ll hire him outright myself. My new fridge looks beautiful, but I’m dismayed that there is a lot of plastic sticking out from in between the various seals that you cannot just peel off. I will have to use tweezers to be able to get a good grasp on it and pull it off. Kind of a pain, but I love the fridge so much I really don’t mind. I LOVE Kelly’s and won’t shop anywhere else!! PS: We used Kelly’s for a lot of our lighting and all of our appliances when we built our house 20 years ago and had the BEST experience. I believe it was Craig who helped me back then. ❤️❤️❤️

Great experience from start to finish! Nicole was a pleasure to deal with, responsive and found options that worked for us, and we ended up with a great deal on a Thermador range. Aaron was beyond helpful in completing our order and pick up, and clearly is happy in the work he does! Customer service focused experience, two enthusiastic thumbs up! Kelly's folks are great to work with. We just bought 2 appliances and a great Beauty rest bed from them. They took lots of time to be sure we were pleased with our choice!

We recently went to Kelly’s in Salem with hopes of finding a good set of appliances to freshen up our kitchen. The sales help was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a detailed quote. I took it home and did comparisons and found they were very competitive. A couple weeks later the appliances were delivered and installed. The delivery crew was fast, friendly and efficient.

In all, it was a pleasant experience and we love the new appliances. We’ve used Kelly’s in the past and will use them in the future. They really set the standard for customer service.

I just purchased and received a Bosch Dishwasher. It was my first time buying from Kelly’s and it certainly will not be my last. I worked with Scott, he was knowledgeable and gave great service. Always love to support a locally family owned business.

We went with this store for our dishwasher & fridge. Both the men who sold & installed our dishwasher (I think a private contractor employed by Kelly's) were pretty great. Both the men who sold and "installed" our fridge were pretty awful (they arrived in a Kelly's branded truck).

First, we had to wait a full month from ordering our fridge to receiving it. It would have been 3 weeks if they'd honored their first delivery date. Second, they barely installed it. They popped in the plastic door shelves outside the house, brought it in, asked us which outlet to use, plugged it in, & left. I didn't get a chance to ask them if they'd reverse the door for us, & they didn't even make sure the fridge was level, which I thought was mandatory for installation, as it says in the manual. It was moving all around when we opened the doors. After completing this task ourselves, the freezer won't close by itself anymore, & it's gurgling like the drain line has a kink in it.

They also have high pressure sales. We wanted to continue to support this local business we thought was excellent, but we're not so sure anymore.

Kellys is very professional. Todd the salesperson is knowledgeable and able to help us determine what works for our kitchen remodel appliances. He kept me informed of availability and timeline. The delivery staff were helpful and timely. The appliance installer was very quick and efficient.
