We are so pleased with our new furniture from Kirby's. The shopping was a treat with Phil's wealth of information on products and warranties. The delivery was very timely and professional. Both men were full of helpful tips and smiled the whole time even while hauling out the old sofa sleeper!

The customer service people at the store were great. Very informative and helpful. The only thing I found a day after the delivery was a small scratch on the table top. I guess I didn’t inspect it well enough upon delivery. The delivery guys were very nice though and set it up very quickly.

Staff were so helpful - made it easy to determine what I wanted, and sofa n chair material. Delivery was prompt - delivery men were helpful by opening the sleeper sofa for me.
