We have used Kinko carpeting for the past at least 15 years. We have always found Rob and his team to be highly professional, extremely responsive, and most importantly, great at getting our carpets clean. We have four cats and one dog so, needless to say, quality carpet and upholstery care and cleaning is extremely important and necessary for us. Kinco Carpet cleaning is the best! I have used Rob to clean my carpets for more than 20 years- he is honest, friendly and extremely thorogh. My carpet has lasted so long because of the meticulous way he cleans it- I can honestly say it looks brand new after all of these years. I highly recommend Kinco- they are not like those commercial carpet cleaners that come in and the stains reappear 3 days later- you also know who is coming to your house which is very important to me!

Kinco is now my go-to carpet cleaning service. They were in and out quickly and efficiently. Father and son are vety nice. My carpet upstairs is almost 25 years old! Kinco took spots out other cleaners never could. I waited a couple months to post this because I was sure those spots would come back. But they didn't. Highly recommend you call Kinco for your carpet cleaning.

Amazing! This has been the absolute best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever had. I tried big name companies before, cost me more and left me with the same mess I’d started with. Not so with Kinco! I was sure I was going to have to replace the carpet after the sick puppy “soiled” it two nights in a row. Kinco not only saved the carpet, but the stench is gone, and it looks brand new! Super friendly, helpful, courteous, considerate of COVID-19 restrictions, efficient, and professional business. My only regret is not having used this company sooner. But I will be using them again!

The best carpet cleaning in Sonoma County is Kinco! Competitively priced with amazing results. I tried Zerorez and not a single spot came out of my carpets. Then Rob came from Kinco and they all went away. They look brand new!! I am sold!! Do yourself a favor and use Kinco...you'll be glad you did!
