I am working to fix my yard so I called K lawns of plainville to begin a treatment program. They came out and did a fall spray. They came out again in April to spray to start the year. I’m noticing that my yard has more weeds than it has the two years I’ve lived here. I called to ask a question and they want to argue with me about how I haven’t paid my bill from a month ago. I advised that I had mixed feelings about the service because I have received service twice and my back yard seems to be literally all weeds. They said when you don’t pay for the service we can’t run the program and I said I haven’t paid because it seems there are more weeds now than before and instead of continuing to sit on the question of service, I was trying to ask about expectations. Zack (spelling) continued to argue with me. He said I accused him of not spraying when he did spray and I said I didn’t accuse I just wondered if you came by because last year when I was here for the spray, I could smell it for hours thru the day and the yard appeared wet. This year I didn’t smell anything. I said instead of arguing you could try to have quality conversation and he said he would come by to look but since I haven’t paid my bill they won’t. I mentioned they could ask to send a photo but he chose to continue to argue and mentioned he can’t do business when people don’t pay their bill and just told me I haven’t paid the bill yet so don’t worry about paying. He mentioned different weeds at different times of years. It seems easier to take a look and help a customer understand the program and types of weeds to provide a peace of mind and knowledge so they can keep subscribing instead of arguing about how someone hasn’t paid. I will go back to using a water hose and chemical from true value.
