Five star service from Kenny today. Our dull beige area rug is now the same white as when we got it a few years ago and other rugs he cleaned look awesome as well. The deep cleaning of the hardwood floors by the sink have them looking much better. Kenny was professional and great to work with. Highly recommend!

David came to my house to clean a terrible mold problem in the master bedroom's bathroom. He and his co-worker worked very quickly and did an outstanding job.

I thought that the tiles were going to be a total loss and after they worked for 5 hours, the tile looked brand new and and the grout was removed and replaced. They also cleaned up mold around the window as well as removed and replaced the shower doors. Furthermore, they caulked around the toilet where it touches the floor as well as between the sink and back splash. The shower has a seat built into the wall and they put epoxy on that.

The bathroom looks better than it was when I purchased the house nearly 30 years ago!

This company is highly recommended. They are busy, but I now can see why!

David and his team are the best. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their job of re-grouting and re-caulking my shower. David, the owner, wanted me to be happy with their work, so he worked tirelessly to verify that a problem I was having afterwards was not due to their work. And it was not. However, David solved the problem that was unrelated to their work. He said he wanted me to be completely satisfied. Brittany even followed up with calls to assure that all was well. I lucked up on this company!! I called KMC and was greeted by the receptionist Brittany who was very professional and patient with my million questions. I was booked for the same week. A gentleman named DeShawn arrived on time which is very important with a busy schedule like mine. He was Extremely Professional and polite. His work showes the pride he take in his profession. I also booked my grandmother who has bragged to her siblings. I also hope they have DeShawn clean their home, I haven't had this level of customer service in a long time. I highly recommend this company.

I used to go to another company that was in San Leandro, but they didn’t pick up or drop off for Livermore. KMC offered to pick up and drop off our shaggy, sheep-woolly 11’x8.5’ area rug that our dog also lays on. It was back in our living room after 2 weeks, and very very clean. They have amazingly great and friendly service as well. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again.

Mark came on 4-15-21 and was super friendly, early, helpful, professional, and thorough.

We have used this service for 4 years and have appreciated their green cleaning service. But Mark was the best technician/cleaner KMC has ever deployed. This was our second service with Mark and he was awesome last time. But this time - we can’t praise Mark enough. He was super thorough, like he was cleaning carpets in his grandma’s home, and was able to remove carpet stains that had persisted without change for all of the other previous visits. We so thought the stain was absolutely permanent that we didn’t even mention them to him on the walk-through. Really. He saw, he steamed, he removed, and we were amazed.

Plus, he was eager and energetic to do the furniture moving and even moving the heavy bed frame and steaming below and then moving back by himself. He also steamed the mattress which is such a satisfying service that I didn’t know was available or even possible until I asked on a whim just before he started. Love this steam cleaned mattress!

And upstairs, Mark moved ALL of the usual light furniture as well as the several catch-all piles on the floor. No tech has ever done all this either, with most quickly working around the items.

Mark is an asset to this company, perfectly professional and thoughtful and thorough. We cannot praise him enough. And we will absolutely request him for our next service.

Also, many thanks to the delightful young woman who took my call on Tuesday am from a cell phone with a nearly unusable microphone and me essentially quiet-yelling and wondering and hoping that an appointment in 2 days would be available and that she found our account through the either super garbled alternating with nearly completely silent voice signal my broken microphone deigned to transmit.

I have told everyone about how great the work was (years of stains on white upholstered dining chairs- gone!), DaShaun's explanations of the type of cleaning to be done and how careful they were with my furnishings!
