When my husband and I met with Kita, we had already interviewed 4 other interior designers/stagers for our condo in Century City. Kita, unlike the others, was open to listening to our thoughts, likes and preferences and kept them all in mind when she presented her final staging plan. She has a great eye for design and style, while keeping it within a reasonable budget. (Kita was not the least expensive quote I received, but several thousands below the most expensive quotes.) Kita is all the positive adjectives in the reviews before mine. In addition, she took great care when staging our unit, treating our home as it it were hers. Our realtor told us that several potential buyers would just come in and sit for awhile commenting on how comfortable and welcoming our unit was. All thanks to Kita! Needless to say, our condo sold within the first week of listing. And there's more: from past bad experiences with stagers, I was very nervous about the removal of the staging and potential damage left behind. Kita and her crew carefully removed all the staging with absolutely no damage whatsoever! Even the nail holes were hard to detect and our newly installed white carpet was spotless! I cannot say enough positives and definitely recommend Kita/KMW Interiors for any projects you have. She is the BEST!

She had great ideas on how to work with the space, while sparing the budget.
Working with Kita was such a great experience. With KMW Interiors staging, you are likely to receive multiple offers because people instantly fall in love at first sight! She makes it feel as if you can envision yourself already living there.

Whether you have been searching for someone to work with or this is the first page you have come across, stop right here and work with Kita – you will be the happiest that you did!! There really are not words to encapsulate the AMAZINGNESS and TALENT that is Kita. First, she is an absolute gem to work with. She cares so much and truly loves what she does, which absolutely goes into the attention to detail and energy she puts into every part of the project. My husband and I just purchased our first home in Redondo Beach, and to say I felt overwhelmed is an understatement. With very little direction, Kita was able to get inside my head and create a space that was beyond my wildest dreams. I cried the happiest tears when she revealed our new space! She truly did not miss a beat and was so communicative/organized and on top of every detail the entire time. Our home was fully furnished and just absolutely exquisite when we moved in. Also, she will work with your budget and stick to it! Thank you will never be enough for the love and detail Kita put into designing my dream home. She is simply just the absolute best!

Kita is a super-talented, energetic, creative professional! My fiancee and I bought a 1,941 square foot house in Venice and needed it fully furnished in 2.5 weeks. Kita didn't flinch with that deadline and upon meeting her she totally understood our taste and the vibe we were going for. She stayed on budget, was available when we needed to communicate, and after 2.5 weeks, I walked into my dream home. She picked great art, added personal touches that we weren't expecting and really knocked it out of the park with the large pieces, especially in regards to our master bed. We wanted something very specific that was quite pricey but she was able to get it custom made while staying within our budget. We are still working together as I would love for her to add more of her magic touch on our place. I highly recommend Ms. Kita Marie Williams!

The home staging is on point! Kita is a master home stager. She styles the property to fit both the client and the property itself, while targeting the demographic. I’ve had many projects with her and the property sells quickly every time. Her team pays attention to details and help realtors in marketing the property, with social marketing.
