Knight’s Mattress and furniture is our go to store for any furniture needs. Over a year ago we bought a couch, dining set, and kids mattress. We couldn’t be happier. We had gone to 5+ furniture stores down the hill and left so disappointed. We were so glad when we finally walked into Knight’s. The customer service, prices, and options have us going back! Recently, we wanted a matching ottoman for our couch. They handled it all over the phone and within a week it arrived. The prices are unbeatable and we won’t waste our time shopping anywhere else. Such a gem here in Ramona!

I needed a quality bed and I didn’t want to drive down the hill to get it. So I went into Knights Mattress and Furniture I was able to get everything I needed. They didn’t try to over sell me in fact, the sales person started with the cheapest mattress they had. She explained the differences in the materials used and after laying on five or six of them, I found the one I wanted. I also bought a box spring and frame and then asked if they had sheets. I bought a set of sheets that is as soft as any as I have ever had. I put off buying a new bed because I was certain it was going to be a big pain in the neck but instead, after less than an hour at Knights, I was done and I was leaving with a bed that was beyond my expectations and honestly, it cost about half of what I was expecting. So as far as quality, pricing and customer service they couldn’t have been better. As an added bonus, I got the satisfaction of supporting a local Ramona business. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Great prices but even better service. My wife and i were shopping for a king size mattress to fit our growing family. We haven’t had to purchase a new mattress in a while so i was not looking forward to the process but Mary at Knight’s made it super easy. You can always tell a salesperson who knows what they’re talking about and she helped us make the right choice. We turned out to be super difficult clients but Mary never showed any sign of annoyance and saw the the sale through. Got a great comfortable mattress delivered and installed at a great price.

Me and my girlfriend had been looking for a bigger mattress for a while. And a lot of the stores we went to seemed so impersonal and overpriced. When we went into Knight's Mattress and Furniture we were completely taken by surprise by the level of customer service. And we found out that the one that helped us was none other than the owner of the establishment Mart Knight. I will most certainly buy more furniture from her store which has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff, as well as a large touch screen which you can browse different options with. I highly suggest you stop by this place before you go to some big box name store.

From the time you walk in, it's apparent that the owner is more concerned with helping you find the perfect piece rather than making a commission. Despite not having the floor space that large chain stores have, the inclusion of a kiosk with a large touch screen makes selecting what you want easy. In addition to being able to order a wide selection, the listed prices start lower. When we went to the Ashley showroom to see some of the items in person, they were marked much higher in price and "marked down" to give the illusion of a great deal. Even if the large chain tries to bring the price lower, Knight's will price match the item, which is something many small business owners don't have the overhead to be able to offer.

The fact that they listen to what you want is refreshing. The last time my wife and I visited one of San Diego's more well known furniture stores, we told the associate we wanted a couch in a specific color. When they didn't have any of the color we wanted, he asked why we wanted "that" color as if it's a foreign concept to coordinate furniture and decor. Any place that makes it seem like you need to justify the color of a couch is more concerned about making the same than actually helping you. Knight's is everything a furniture should be in regards to service. Will be making many more future purchases here as we continue to update our home.
