To the sweet employee who saw me struggling with my two year old yesterday THANK YOU! We had initially made a stop in for garlic bread for dinner that night along with flowers and a card for our neighbor who was recently diagnosed with cancer. My son was looking forward to getting to pick out flowers for our neighbor. But, the moment he saw the candy at checkout he began to throw a tantrum that we all know a two year old has the greatest ability to through. In between trying to push a cart out, hold a vase of flowers, carry the one bag of food items for dinner, and the holding strongest thrashing two year old known to man this sweet employee came around and offered my son a free balloon. He was the happiest kid ever! She then RAN to find me a container for the vase of flowers that way they would travel easier. Then allowed me to leave my cart at the end of checkout so I could exit the store with a little more ease. I hope you know that you are a saint! Every child has their moments and mine decided his was yesterday and this woman found us at what was nearly my breaking point and I can’t thank her enough for her gestures. Those few moments were exactly what we both needed and reminded of the great people we have in this world. So, to the woman who was helping near self checkout around 4:00 PM on July 27th, 2024 you need a raise. I hope that management sees this and rewards you the way I wish I could have in that moment. Also, please know that blue shark “Happy Birthday” balloon is traveling home with us today as we speak.

Good and quality selection of produce, bakery items, and pantry foods.
Butcher shop was well stocked and store was clean. Workers are not looking to help but are friendly when approached.
Smaller sized Kroger and bathrooms were also not attended to. No paper towels and 2 out of 3 stalls with no tissue paper.
Very conviennent shop if your visiting.

My cooked at "HOME" meal, BLACK BEAN SOUP WITH ORGANIC AVOCADO SLICES is full of fiber, health and LOVE!
Extra tasty leftover tortillas chips from Jose's Mexican Restaurant, topped off after avocados, satisfies the CRUNCH and no extra salt from THEIR chips.

A very clean and well runned store. Pretty impressed at the meat and seafood cleaniness and presentation. The bakery has great cakes as well.

I was so unbelievably frustrated at the self check out with conveyor belt. I would scan an item put it on the Belt it would go down then come right back then they would tell me to scan it again. it was infuriating I miss employees checking us out.

This is the town's nicest Kroger and it's rather big. It stocks a little more of everything and I love the clearance. It's clean and always easy to get a cart. It also uses the app and you can check out faster. The app works extremely well at the self-checkout where you can pay though the phone securely and never need to touch a card or germy cash. That app makes the checkout very fast. Also, coupons can be clipped from the app making things super easy.

HORRIBLE!!!!
Watch the register! I had about a dozen items, over half of them rang up WAY higher than advertised! One item rang up for more than DOUBLE the advertised price! Most were about a buck but that adds up! I don't like Walmart at all but they'll be getting my grocery business until I find something other than Krager in this town

I do not understand why people use the big Wally-world across the street. I have shared a photo of my total order along with the receipt. Everything I bought was less than $10. The same groceries across the street would be more than $25. Kroger regularly takes care of their best customers and the store is friendly and casual. The cheese tasting was excellent and their party platters start at about $15. They are perfect for meetings and church groups and cost less than buying all of the ingredients separately. This is THE full service place to be. If you want hustle-bustle and bullies go across the street if you want that hometown feel and fair prices this is where you want to be.
