I had the same experience as everyone else. When I asked the owner if this business was legit he started sending emails that werent very professional at all. And most everything he said in them was a lie in regards to the shipping. I finally received the product after telling him I would start a chargeback with my bank. I also think it looks subpar for the price but thats just an opinion. Do yourself a favorite and go somewhere else. Also i'm pretty sure the ebay account selling their products is affiliated.I found where she slips up in the reviews basically admitting it.Shes also based in the same area. Even the sign on their building on google earth does not match the buisness name.

Before ordering I checked with their live chat to see what shipping time was. I was told 5 to 7 days. At 10 days I emailed and they responded the next day saying they were taking two weeks. At three weeks I sent two email requesting an update with no response. At day 26 I sent in a dispute with paypal. They finally shipped it the next day...yep, unfinished.

They may make good products, I’ll never know. I placed an order for a saddlebag 2 months or more ago. There was a delay with the fuel bottle, that happens…understandable. What’s is not forgivable is the pathetic way this company is ran. They don’t answer phone calls, voicemails or e-mails. Go elsewhere, I wish I would have looked at their Google reviews prior to an online purchase. I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. One star is generous.

I ordered a brown leather chopper bag. They sent a black bag with wrong color hardware. They bag was super poor quality. They admitted they made a mistake and said they would replace it but they never did. I tried to call and email them but they would not get back to me. I got scammed. Do not do business with La Rosa Design.

Single most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. Wife ordered the wrong bags as a gift to me. Realized the mistake and cancelled immediately. Credit card was charged within seconds for products we never received. Weeks down the line we still haven't received a refund. Going to contact my credit card company and report fraud. I have no choice at this point. Nobody answers the phone, voicemail is ALWAYS full, emails go unanswered and the "chat" feature is actually a guy in Thailand. LOL. He's very nice when he tells you there's nothing he can do. If I could give this company negative stars, I certainly would. Their business practice is predatory.

Swing arm bag was top quality. Giving two stars because it took La Rosa nearly two weeks to ship from the time I ordered. I called several times and no one answered the phone even once and their voice mail is full so you can not leave a voicemail. None of my email messages were returned.

I know we live in a day and age that we’re spoiled by 2 day shipping from amazon, but this doesn’t excuse the complete void of customer service.

This place deserves every one star review it has. Their quick to take your money and overcharge you for an underwhelming custom made piece. i took the custom made tool bag I had made off my bike, mainly because , while it looked ok, I didnt want anyone to see where it came from. I asked for a photo of a custom order and customer services acted like the were offended . Great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship might have promoted me to order saddlebags. If your looking for something custom made look elsewhere, there are plenty of exceptional leather craftsman who will appreciate your business , this isn't one of them.

First the good: the bag I bought is top notch quality.

Now the bad: took almost a month to get it, but they took my money right away. Gave them a couple weeks and emailed them for status no reply. Called them, vm box full. Tried to chat with them online on their website... Got a pop-up asking if I had any questions, asked about my order and get a response that all reps busy etc and to try again later.

Waited another week or so and email again, this time get a reply about 10 minutes later with shipping info. Seems to me like they forgot about my order.

Recommend if you have to have a LA Rosa bag get it from Amazon or eBay. Unfortunately for me the only one I wanted wasn't available on either so I had to order direct. And to cap it all off about a week after I get my bag they send me an email with a link to review it but there's no place to actually leave a review. This is an inept company that acts like it's doing you a favor. If they don't have time or resources to sell retail then they shouldn't be selling retail. And lastly just to compare, I ordered something that was shipping from Florida, ordered Friday and it got to me by Monday. My LA Rosa bag shipped from Northern cal to socal and it took a month.
