This shop is great- the owners/staff are nice guys. They were so helpful and they knew so much. took the time to explain everything to me in detail

I took in a very expensive chandelier in that my grandparents had passed down to me for repairs and touch ups and they just did an amazing job. ON TOP OF THAT, THE PRICE WAS GREAT!! They repaired the whole chandelier for such a cheap price that I actually ended up purchasing some more items from the store. Everything about the repair was perfect, they did a great job. They made the chandelier look like it was in top condition and they made it actually WORK, all while preserving the antique look that it had.

The repair only cost me $75. I couldnt believe it, I walked in there expected to pay hundreds of dollars, but nope it was only $75. They changed all of the sockets and wires also.

My experience at lamps clinic was great and the staff was very friendly, I will always go back for my lighting needs. Great business!

Helpful but very expensive. If you have a lamp and want the work done right visit the Lamp Clinic. Rewired my mid-century laps and used new fabric to cover the shades. They look and work like new.

I dropped off 2 lamps for repair on Friday. They were both readying in 3 days. Terrific, friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Don't go anywhere else.

I took a bedside lamp to have the on/off switch repaired. They were great. Took the lamp and 2 days later got a text to say it was ready. They threw in a better quality lightbulb too. Reasonably priced. Easy parking outside store. Effortless. Would definitely recommend.

I took a small accent table lamp in to have it fix. They quoted me $80.00. I didn't pay that much for it. Ridiculous

I agree about the poor customer service and jerky attitude. I few weeks ago I ordered a glass torchiere lamp shade. Some days later, I got an email stating that the shade was on back order and it wouldn't be delivered until April. But I was pleasantly surprised for it to be delivered a few days before the end of March. All good. Unfortunately the shade didn't fit but I was extremely busy at the time and preparing for a minor medical procedure (didn't tell them that because it shouldn't matter) and given that there was no documentation in the box at all, I was a little uncertain about how to go about a return.

Finally, today I go fishing around their website and found a link saying that I should email them before attempting a return. There was also a return policy that stated that returns after 14 days might reduce the amount refunded. When I contacted them, this is word for word the response: "Hello, I'm sorry the glass shade did not work out for you but it looks like you are passed the 14-day return period." (Turns out it had been 16 days. My bad.) I saw nothing in the checkout process that stated that there was a 14 day limit on returns, there was zero documentation in the box at all let alone anything containing a return policy, and as I said the return policy on the website doesn't say that they don't accept returns after 14 days (which as my attorney wife would say is misrepresentation). Not worth pursuing this farther over a $130 lampshade but obviously I question their integrity, and their customer service is certainly not "excellent" or "professional" as they claim on their website.

Overpriced, pushy, bad service, could have cleaned parts but didn’t, I’d rather drive all the way to westside than see that guy again
