Was greeted with no pressure to buy. Jeff, our salesman was very informative. Introduced us to Anel Who was the stores interior designer. I couldn’t decide on a color and she came out to our house the same day to help Us decide. Two days later I came to the store and she had a 3-D design of my family room. I can’t say enough about having the design service. She was a great help with ideas and future designs.

Allison was lovely and helped us find the chairs we were hoping for. The store itself is so clean and well-lit and laid out comfortably and you just feel the quality of the company when you sit on their sofas and chairs. Catch them during their sales and you’re paying only a little more for MUCH better quality than the big furniture stores.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted cordially and our sales rep, Sophia, was very helpful in assisting us with our search for the specific reclining chairs we wanted. She was knowledgeable about fabric availability and made sure we were happy with the price, quality and arrival time of our order. If you are planning a trip to the Redlands, Ca La-Z-Boy store, we highly recommend you ask for Sophia. She not only helped with our order, she kept us informed several times as to delivery dates. We have been very pleased with our experience. Today, 12/14/24 is our delivery day and we are very much looking forward to our new chairs.

Such a great selection of recliner chairs. The process of ordering was a bit arduous but had to be done. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant but a little too chatty. This chatty nature prolonged the entire process. Please stick to the conversation about the chair and not personal information.

Was very impressed with the customer service I recieved. I came in and was very honest about my budget and needs and Marie was so respectful and helpful with those specifications! She was very thorough with helping me find the right material to match our decor and meet pur budget and needs of a family with young kids. Can't wait to see our couch. My extended family has purchased from LA z boy for years so I feel confident we will be happy when our couch arrives.
