Vic was fantastic in knowing my needs for buying a new rocker recliner! He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the chairs La-Z-Boy sells. He got me in the correct chair in moments. He has a great personality and it was wonderful finding out he had Italian in him since I am Sicilian! He won me right after that! Just saying we Latins got to stick together! Definitely felt like a family moment cause randomly my brother walked in the store and we had a family reunion! Thanks Vic for making our stay a wonderful one! P.S. This was my first experience buying from La-Z-Boy, and while I did show up to the showroom prepared for the price points, I honestly didn’t realize just how much is available! Blake greeted us and helped walk us through the process of finding our couch and then designing it according to our preferences. Blake was knowledgable and the experience was stress-free thanks to his guidance; he listened to us describe what we knew we wanted, and helped refine our vision by educating us on things we didn’t know about. I highly recommend this location, and Blake - we are so excited to welcome our first custom living room to our home!
