We went to La-Z-Boy looking for a recliner during their 30% off sale. The sales person Julian greeted us. We found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. After showing us a few recliners he showed us the perfect recliner - one that has functions that we didn't know we wanted or ever thought was available. Very happy with a smooth transaction.

Our entire shopping experience was stellar from start to finish. La-Z-Boy has an impressive selection of recliners that would meet every need one could have. We were greeted by Michael Fulton with a friendly welcome when we walked into the store. The service he provided was exceptional. He was instrumental in helping us select our new recliners. We found him to be friendly, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was enthusiastic without being pushy. Michael went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we were very happy with our purchase. The entire process went smoothly and was seamless.

My husband and I shopped for a sleeper sofa here over Labor Day weekend. The trick was that we needed the couch shipped at the end of September to an address in another (more remote) part of California. We found a piece we liked, and the very helpful sales associate did some checking with his boss in the store and assured us repeatedly that shipping to our small town was no problem. We gave him the exact address and paid half up front.

Cut to the last week in September. When we called the store to finalize payment and delivery, we were informed (after much scrambling and confusion) that they couldn't deliver to our address after all.

They refunded our upfront money, but the whole experience was very aggravating, to put it mildly. Now we have incoming guests next month and no sleeper.

The furniture is well made and decent value for the money, but we won't be shopping here again.
I'm really shocked that a national brand handled this so badly.

We were in the market for a recliner and had a very mixed review from our first visit and the salesman’s attitude. Three days later we visited again and were assisted by Jackie who was refreshingly different. If it wasn’t for her we would probably have looked elsewhere.

Excellent quality furniture. I especially like that it is made in America. I’m not a tall person and appreciate that LaZBoy has several options depending on your height. This is my second purchase of a recliner. I like the first one that I purchased 4 years ago so much I decided to purchase another matching one. Connor was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Although I knew exactly what I wanted he made sure that the fabric choice was correct and explained my options. To my surprise the exact chair I wanted was in stock and he arranged for delivery in just a few days.

Happened upon a sale! Low key salesman, friendly, showed us his favorites, brought us cold water, no pressure even though we only arrived 30 min before closing. Furniture made inn USA. Sofa we chose available in 4 days. They deliver & assemble & help you remove old furniture to garage, etc. Lifetime warranty on mechanics. & purchased full coverage on fabric & more. Very satisfied!

Went to the San Marcos show room yesterday. I dealt with an amazing associate named Jackie. She listened to me and made suggestions regarding the chairs I was interested in. For instance, she told me on one particular chair that she didn’t think it was the best fit for me because of the way my neck hit the pillow. She told me it was too high and that eventually I would probably get aches. She did not push her agenda but let me make my decisions and guided me on my final choice. She was great!

The people working there were fantastic and really made the sale great. I give them 6 stars! Unfortunately, the whole experience was soured by La-Z-Boy's secret mandatory $100 delivery fee they tack on at the end. A real sleazy corporate greed practice that has put me off of returning to or recommending La-Z-Boy to others. If you're going to charge that fee no matter what, tack another $100 onto all of your prices and say the delivery is "free". Don't slap me in the face with it after I've decided like airlines and food services. Just lame.
