I bought. Sofa at la-Z-Boy a year ago when we moved. Now want a chair for living room. Went to store in Mission Valley. Rob greeted us and left my daughter and I to look at our leisure, which I greatly appreciated. When found what I was looking for he sent sales rep to help me. She was new, but super helpful!! She got lots of samples out to pick fabric. I am delighted with the service I received. Only down side? Long wait for custom order to arrive. But chair is super comfortable.

Just paid $2200+ for a chair, Robert the sales rep assured me the delivery team would move my sofa any where I asked and put the chair where I wanted it. The delivery team would only move one piece of my sofa and left me with an unusable living room, they even considered my coffee table a piece to move and would not touch it. I bought the chair because of recent back surgery that left me paralyzed so clearly I’m not in a position to move or fix this. I would have expected a lot more given what I paid and LaZBoy being a top tier brand. Apparently the only high end thing is the price not the service. Very disappointed!

We had been looking for a while for a comfortable recliner. With the help of Barbara Rose in the Mission Valley store, we finally found the one. Barbara was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and patient with our questions and objections. On my return visit to review my choice, she and manager, Megan, addressed my final questions and confirmed my leather options. I was able to make my selection with confidence that I was purchasing a quality product.

Fast forward to today's delivery...the delivery team was on time, courteous with me, respectful of my home, and patient while I inspected our new Maddox Leather Recliner. It's perfect!

Salesman came walking up to the door when I entered. He was very polite. He brought me to the area where the chair I was interested in was located. He proceeded to answer my questions and help me select the best one suited for me. He was never pushy, but supplied me with the information I needed to make a decision.

He was new to the store and had to obtain some answers to my questions from the manager and did so with grace and dignity. I think he will make a top notch salesman with a little more experience with your products.

Really enjoyed working with Barbara Rose and Meagan to get everything ordered. Barbara has a laid back style that I personally appreciate in a sales associate!
Shipment will be a few weeks yet to arrive, but I’m sure we’ll be pleased with our loveseat and recliners.

Our sales person, Sam P., provided us with the necessary information to make sure that my husband was aware of what to look for in a chair that comfortably fit. Sam gave us the opportunity to view at our leisure, and yet was readily available when we needed assistance. We made a purchase and are currently awaiting the upcoming delivery.
