Alan offered information, (colors etc) then stepped away to give us the opportunity to discuss it. He then came back to answer questions. From beginning to end, everyone was so helpful. Patty is who I started the journey of finding the right set up for my family room and she was so kind. She then set up an appt for Jasmine to come to our home and take measurements to see how everything would fit. What a great help Jasmine was! She took our current home decor and helped us pick colors and accents that would work well along with helping us pick furniture that was comfortable for us. Can’t wait for our order to come in!

I’m looking for a new couches for my den and always have purchased my couches from La-Z-Boy. We Walked in And was greeted by a Sales Associate By the name of Jade asking if we Needed it any assistance we told her yes, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the sales Associates were nice and helpful as well

We stopped in the Ontario store and they are having a restoration sale. W we got a great deal on a sof and love seat with the pet friendly microfiber material. We were pleased with our sales person and the terms of financing.

After being an unhappy Mathis Bros customer for many years, we decided to to Lazboy when it was time to replace our sofas. So we though we'd shop ahead of time and see what was out there, with no intention to buy that day.

What an amazing experience! Our salesperson, Jade was friendly, patient, and listened to our likes & dislikes after sitting in many sofas. She put all out input together after 10 sofas and suggested the "Dorian". It was perfect! The most comfortable sofa ever! She worked with us with a financing plan that was too good to refuse. It made no difference if we bought that day or in 3 months when we planned.

She quoted us approximately 6 weeks for them to build our sofas and they were delivered in 4 weeks! The whole process was so pleasant, and unpressured, unlike Mathis Bros. No gimmicks, no having to buy membership to get a better price, none of that. We are so happy with our sofas and our experience!

Showroom had more sales staff than customers, daughter and I were told someone would help us, after 1/2 an hr I told my daughter I was leaving, my daughter looked for a salesperson and came back empty-handed. On the way out a salesperson offered help. ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE.... HOPEFULLY THESE 2 CHAIRS ARE BETTER, when I get them.
