Where do I begin? Adi is someone you want on your team. I wish I could take him with me to work or everywhere in my life really. The entire LB Construction team is amazing. They are respectful, humorous, kind, with an impeccable work ethic.

Adi and his team worked on our penthouse in a Lake Merritt condominium. They had no problems with us recommending revisions to their proposed contract. It was a big construction project, and required a lot of creative problem solving to adhere to the HOA CC&Rs. Adi and his team had no problems dealing with our HOA and always went above and beyond with our/their requests without any complaints and gripes (even when it was deserved). They helped with architectural requests, permitting, design support, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, for a renovation of three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen including two fireplaces. They provided us with several great options for materials within budget.

No challenge was too great for them and they never ran away. When we needed them to make final touches they made adjustments. They deep cleaned our place when it was done. Adi was always upfront about the scope, schedule, and budget so nothing felt like a surprise or a money grab. Any issue I brought up, he quickly addressed and never repeated again. He was even available to answer questions after the renovation was complete. I would 100% recommend working with them again.

If we ever decide to renovate our bathrooms, Adi and LB Construction will be the first people I call.

This is our second project with LB Construction & Remodeling. LB previously enclosed our side porch and built a beautiful sunroom for us which we enjoy every day. It was a wonderful experience, so we returned for this project which was an extensive kitchen remodel +. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The project included our kitchen remodel, adding a banquette, laundry area remodel, repurposing our original kitchen cabinets to the garage and installing large bookshelves in our family room. With the kitchen remodel, LB removed an interior wall, moved doorways, and made a deep drop beam, which was weight bearing, flush to the ceiling. Additional and unexpected foundation work and ceiling/roof reinforcement work needed to be done which was not reflected in the original plans. LB solved the issues and dealt with the structural engineers and county for the changes and permitting and charged us a reasonable price for their additional work. David, Flavio and staff are problem solvers, always responsive with great communication, quality work & attention to detail. David provides an excellent product at a competitive price.

This remodel is a game changer to our home and for our family. Our kitchen is now truly the heart of our home. We would whole heartedly recommend LB Construction & Remodeling for your home projects.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience with LB Construction and Remodelling! They recently completed a major remodel of my home's first floor, and the results are simply stunning. A complete kitchen remodel, transforming it into the beautiful and functional space I'd always dreamed of.
Installation of gorgeous new flooring throughout the entire first floor, creating a cohesive and modern look.
Moving the laundry room upstairs, a complex undertaking that they handled with expertise and efficiency.
Removing old walls and installing a large support beam, a structural change that was executed flawlessly and opened up the space dramatically.
Complete removal of old chimneys, both inside and out, and expertly finishing the exterior walls to match the rest of the house.

What impressed me most about LB Construction and Remodelling was their commitment to quality and professionalism. The project was completed almost entirely on schedule and remarkably close to the initial budget, which is truly commendable for a project of this scale.

I cannot sing the praises of Eran, the project manager, enough. His professionalism was exceptional. He was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide updates on the project's progress. He kept the lines of communication open and made sure I was informed every step of the way.

The crew (Flavio and Team) that worked on my home was also fantastic. They were highly skilled, courteous, and respectful of my property. They were meticulous in their work and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, minimizing disruption to our daily lives. They were also incredibly patient with all of our requests and changes along the way, accommodating our needs with a positive attitude.

I wholeheartedly recommend LB Construction and Remodelling to anyone looking to remodel their home. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship, their exceptional project management, and their courteous and professional team make them the ideal choice for any construction project. They transformed my house into a home I truly love, and I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I am thrilled with my new walk-in shower bathroom. If you have lived in an older home you will understand why I hesitated to redo the bathroom. What would we find?
Eventually I hired LB Construction and I must say I am happy I did. It was so nice to have the project coordinator, Eran, help me plan the layout and to give advice on items i needed.to buy. The walls were not straight, the door lopsided, old wiring, but this was expected. In the end the work was skillfully completed. It was a pleasure to have these workers in my home. This is a terrific company! We have used David to do multiple different projects on our house from large projects (a complete demo and remodel of our bathroom), to house painting, window installation and our latest project-- redoing our driveway with stamped concrete. All have been terrific which is why we keep coming back.

David always finishes his projects on time and on budget. He is easy to get a hold of even on the weekends and keeps you in touch on the progress of the project. David has great vision and provides helpful suggestions to make sure the projects look just like you want them to. We trust David and his crew to do a great job on our home. We have been delighted with the professionalism and skill of this company. We had been waiting years to get some renovations done, did our research, and were pleased beyond our best expectations.

It started with a bathroom renovation, then expanded to an elevator removal and railing reconstruction at another property. That worked out so well that we expanded the work at our house into replacing our front doors and side doors, shoring up some foundation issues, and painting the entire exterior!

There was no hard selling here. Dan, our project manager, worked with us to match our objectives and was cooperative when we scaled back certain elements of the projects and expanded others.

Their pricing was competitive. The work crew was skilled, they were respectful of our wishes, and they cleaned up after each job was complete. The company was expert with local ordnances and expedited the necessary permits flawlessly.

We just finished up a major home addition with LB Construction and I couldn't be happier. We removed a sunroom and added 600 sqft, including a few bedrooms and a bathroom, and I am so happy about our space!

We first found Liran (David) and team through a neighbor, who had had LB completely renovate their entire home. They had been very pleased with the work and recommended him wholeheartedly, and let us tour their space. It was great for us to hear about their good experience, and gave us comfort as well that LB had experience with Eichlers, as we wanted to maintain the Eichler aesthetic with our addition. We did bid out to a few contractors who had been recommended to us, and LB was super responsive, had a reasonable quote for the project, and I appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do, and was able to give recommendations for some of the aspects that we hadn't made decisions about yet, or some things we hadn't even thought of (for example, in the bathroom, when they saw the tile we were choosing, they made suggestions around adding a shelf within the shower niche, the type of curb to use, options for the drain, etc). The price remained the same, there were no surprises -- and when we chose to add on replacing our HVAC with mini-splits throughout our house, David provided a clear quote and cost that remained the same even after it became a much more involved install process.

Once the work started, David, Flavio, and team worked so quickly -- I was amazed by how fast demo went, how quickly so much of the work went. I remember one day when Flavio was asking my preference on trim, and once I made my decision, by the end of the day several rooms were already done exactly as I wanted! We had a bit of a delay in finishing, which was not their fault at all, because we needed to have PG&E do an electrical upgrade as part of the project, and PG&E quoted us 4-12 months to do it (!!!) but David kept on them, to try to get their part done as quickly as possible.

I'm already thinking about our next project, re-leveling our living room and re-doing our kitchen, and will definitely plan to work with David and team at LB Construction again!
