Great customer service! I had ordered an outlet and wall plate first through Amazon. Amazon shipped me the outlet but not wall plate (twice!), so I returned it. I then ordered from Home Depot and the order sat for a long time. When I contacted them, all they could tell me was that the seller hadn't shipped it yet. I cancelled and then found LBC Lighting. I ordered the same thing. They contacted me via email that day letting me know that the outlet was available but the wall plate was back ordered until end of January. They sent me the outlet immediately and the wall plate just came in as they said it would!! Why couldn't Home Depot or Amazon do the same? Probably because they are big box stores. If I need something in the future, I will definitely keep LBC Lighting in mind.

Fantastic experienced folks set us up with the perfect LED lights. We wanted to match the color and tone of our previous non-LED, and had tried Amazon and ended up returning them. But the staff at LBC Lighting knew and recommend an affordable solution that provided perfect lighting for our ceiling cans.
