Tori at the Oakland store is an absolute gem! She has such an outgoing personality and a flare for lighting! She is truly meant to do this. Her help in our project did not go unnoticed. Tori made this step in our process simple and beautiful. She listened to what we wanted and suggested perfect pieces. Her excitement assured us we made the right choice with each piece. This is more of a place for designers and builders spending other people's money and not so much for regular people just looking for a fixture or two. Seriously, $300 for a common-looking desk lamp? I think this place is a little embarrassing. Service is nice. I believe if you need a one-off fixture, online is your best bet. This place has been around forever but I just get the vibe it's catering to builders and designers of which there are plenty.

Jan 13, 2023 i ordered 3 bathroom LED light fixtures.
Jan 20, 2023 i got notified they were ready for pick-up at the store
and picked them up same day.
Jan 28, 2023 the electrician opened the boxes, and a glass was
broken. it happens... brought the whole fixture back
to the store.
Feb 13, 2023 still waiting for the replacement. no notification at
all !! no follow-up from the store, so went back to the store that day. been given
my light fixture back along with a new box that was
glass replacement.
March 13, 2023 electrician opened the box and found only 1 piece
of glass. should be 2 so 1 was missing.
someone removed both from the initial box : the
broken glass but also the good one and forgot to
put the good piece of glass BACK in the box.
March 14, 2023 went back to the store and the piece of glass
missing has been found and given back to me.

i've been to the store a total of 5 times...
i understand a broken glass can happen... but this should have been handled much better... that's not good customer service.

Outstanding service from Caren, who helped me with my order and delivery. She was extremely professional, very responsive and patient to my many questions. The order arrived quickly and she took the time to make sure it was sent to the freight forwarding company.
