This store is like a time capsule from 90s Hong Kong. The staff, beaten down by an inefficient system and the pressures of capitalism, have grown jaded. If you ask for help, don’t expect to hear “Hold on” or “Just a moment.” Instead, they’ll keep chatting with their coworkers while throwing you an impatient “I’m busy right now.” Meanwhile, three other employees stand nearby, sipping coffee and pretending they’re deep in some multi-billion-dollar business discussion—completely ignoring you.

These days, good service is just as important as having a wide selection of products. If a business can’t keep up with the times, it’s bound to be left behind. So if you’re looking for better prices and better service, just go to Amazon or Home Depot. But if you’re in an emergency and have no choice but to come here, get ready for terrible service, higher prices, and, of course, the chance to vent your frustration with a one-star Google review.

For electrical equipment, "If Lendy doesn't have it, no one in NYC has it" said my well-rated electrical contractor when he recommended them over others. My first time. It's expansive right on the edge of chinatown. I'll use them again!

They charged me $305 for parts worth $100. Photo for proof. Look up what this female panel mount California 50 connector and male California 50 cable end retails for. Then I got back to the job site and the cable end connector had the wrong pin out and did not fit because the pin flanges were wrong. I asked for California 50 on the phone. The seller was smiling while selling me this

I used to like this store. I went there a couple of days ago to get 2 packs of 4 GE soft white 75 watt light bulbs. The guy charged me $6 per pack. I looked at the old ones I got from there about a year ago and saw $2.50 per pack. I called them and asked. First, the guy told me it was 75 cents per bulb. Then after I told him that I was charged $6 per pack, then he changed his story saying it's $6 per pack because the manufacturer doesn't want them to be selling these bulbs anymore because it's a waste of energy. Then I looked online to check on the price. The same bulbs are being sold online 2-pack for less than $1.50. It was dishonest of what they did. Needless to say, I will not return to the store in the future.
