What a pleasant and sophisticated experience! The shop is fun, and the owner is very knowledgeable about styles and lumens. The quality of the items on display clearly shows that he has taste. I bought these standing reading lights, and I love them! They tilt and rotate and offer an enormous amount of light without taking up much space. The price was too good to believe as well!

In-store service is inadequate. Customer service sucks. Very much blaming in the customer for equipment that doesn't work correctly. Not allowing for any credit for the time and expense of having electricians install faulty equipment.
