We bought several lights for our new house. You would not find better customer service, professionalism and lighting knowledge anywhere else in Eastern North Carolina. I would highly recommend visiting here before you purchase any of your lighting needs. The prices were very reasonable also.

We bought fixtures for our new house and got great help in the store. We were told they'd be here in 2-4 weeks took 8. A globe was broken in package and now it's been 2.5 weeks. Don't be in a hurry with this business! Also when you call and are told they will call you back, they don't.

worst customer service EVER. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of lights and fans when we moved into our house. One of the fans needed a new part. I went in and was told they were ordering the part, and it would take no longer than 2 weeks. Two weeks went by, and I asked about it We were flippantly told, well, we just don't know where they parts are - we must not have ordered them. Moral of the story - if you need to spend a lot of money, they'll treat you like gold. If you need support for their products - give it up.
