Juan was extremely kind, considerate, patient, understanding & professional. I can also say I was more than blessed to find this roofing company. I’ve always been skeptical of not hiring local but they proved my skepticism very wrong. I’m absolutely pleased with the work & outcome of my new roof. I love it. As an only parent that struggled for years on my own Juan took the time to listen to my story & was very compassionate about my situation & about me working on getting my approval from my loan agent & understood the extra amount of time it was going to take to get them their well deserved payment. From the day i called i knew lightning roofing would be the ones i would choose. I own a 1953 home, they never hesitated to agree on a price to accommodate me. I was extremely stressed out over other businesses telling me they could add on charge's once my roof is pulled up if I had wood/roof rot. At the end of the day I got a brand new absolutely beautiful roof for the price quoted (no more!), they did so much wood work because it was way worse than I could have ever anticipated. They took care of literally everything and never even told me because they didn’t want to stress me out. Let’s take care of our family owned businesses the way they take care of us!!! Lightning Roofing did an amazing job for us. We live in Clovis California and had a difficult time finding a company that could give us a competitive price as well as state the work with in 2 weeks. All three of the other companies that we received quotes from were $7000 to 20,000 higher and couldn’t schedule us for 3 to 6 months out. One company called us to schedule the work 90 days out, 3 days after Lighting Roofing finished our Roof. I highly recommend the Lighting Team. They are fantastic.

I chose Roofing lightning to do my roof. Jose is very professional, he explained the process of roofing suggested financial help. It is hard because I have 36 panels. They do it all. Most places want you to remove the panels. His crew are professional as well. At the end of the days they cleaned up all the dust and particles from my surrounding house .My house looks brand new. It was built in 1988. The best part was the price and guarantee of their product, workmanship and they are local. I highly recommend Lighting Roofing Inc.

I had multiple quotes and decided to go with Lightning Roofing for several reasons. They were very responsive and came out to do an assessment right away. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Their honesty, thorough explanation of the repair and no pressure approach gave me the confidence to go ahead and except their estimate. Their estimate was very competitive with other companies. They scheduled the repair within the week. In addition to the agreed upon repair, they made a minor additional repair at no charge. They truly care about their customers. Lightning Roofing Inc was incredible to work with, they finished the job in 2 1/2 days. When Lightning came to my house I talked with Jose, one of the owners. I asked him a lot of questions. He was very forthcoming and very transparent regarding pricing. I received a couple of quotes from other contractors but I was reluctant because of hidden costs of lumber. My roof had some damage due to the recent rain and wind. Jose quoted me the most upfront quote with no hidden costs. Jose went above and beyond throughout the whole process. They also offer financing which helped since I only had a third of the cost on hand. Jose and his crew did an amazing job on my roof and I would recommend them to anyone.
