Poor customer service and when you need help you have to wait for a long while.

In thev garden center is very beautiful they have a variety of plants and I purchase some soil there too. The person that helped me was very kind and asked her if I found everything I needed. She was very personable. And the young man also helped me in find my mats that I was looking for they have a large variety of door mats at Lowe's.

Poor customer service at this new store.No price on item but I bought it thinking the highest sticker price was the cost. My receipt was higher than expected but it took 17min. on phone after speaking with operator twice n they forgot about me. Drove back to return item, took almost 30 min. to talk with store mgr., who listened, empathized and apologized.

The garden center has an extensive selection of plants and flowers. Way more that the home depot in Santa Maria. Prices were a few cents to a few dollars more. But much better service.
