Not recommended! Lack of excellent customer service. I received inadequate service.

I saw a fb post of Maria Lourdes Vizcarra a group. I asked if they had a certain product. She began sending me messages, including a friend request. I agreed I would go to her store.

After choosing the product I wanted, I was told by Vizcarra that the product would arrive in 2 weeks. After I signed the contract, I was told 2-3-weeks. Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 weeks.

Unexpectedly, the product stopped functioning. Since the product has a one year warranty, I thought of contacting the company that the retailer gets the product from. Unfortunately, I was told to contact the retailer. Therefore, I sent an image of the issue to Vizcarra. She mentioned that the person who deals with that would be in the following day. She requested my address, so I provided it to her.

Thankfully, I was scheduled for a Tuesday. Surprisingly, on a Monday, I received a message from Vizcarra that her husband, Jesus Vizcarra, the one who deals with that, was outside my address. I responded to her that I mentioned a Tuesday. I asked that if her husband cannot make it the scheduled day, to reprogram it. I requested what other days he can come because I needed to put it in my agenda, and she responded, “Ok 👍.” I was provided her husband’s number.

Jesus and I communicated and scheduled a time to see the product I purchased. When the day came, I received a call from him, and I was told that he was outside my address. I went outside and told him that I did not see him. Therefore, I provided him my location because his wife did not give him my new address. I even showed proof that I sent the new address to his wife when she requested it. After he saw the part that was needed to be replaced, he took it and told me that he will let the company that they purchased the product from know that it is needed quick. I also mentioned that another part of the product does not work. He said he will see it after he gets the part.

More than a month past, and I did not receive any communication from Jesus. Therefore, I contacted Vizcarra. I mentioned that I was reaching out to her because I sent a message, and he has not responded, including to consider the chain of command.

Vizcarra provided two availabilities, and I chose a Wednesday. I even called the store and that she confirms the time I selected. She did not return the call because she was busy. Unfortunately, again, one day before my appointment, Jesus was there. I received an unexpected call, asking if I was at my location. I said to him that I mentioned his wife that it was scheduled the following day. He said that I needed to communicate with him and not with her and that he does not communicate through text, only through phone calls. He said that he has the part and that he would leave it because he had to go and could not do it the scheduled time because of work. When I finally mentioned that he could come inside and put it on, he had already left. I told him that he needed to see the other part that does not work. He said that I call him another day to schedule a time for him to see it. I responded that I would send pictures and videos of how it still does not work. I mentioned to Vizcarra the issue, and she apologized and that they could not do it the scheduled day because they had an emergency.

After a few days past, I had sent pictures and videos as I said I would. Also, I called him and left a voicemail message, including my number, to call me back several days after I sent him the pictures and videos. I never received a call. Even Vizcarra blocked me from fb after I mentioned again, bad customer service. She did not open the message and even blocked me after I sent her that message. I do not recommend this store!
