We called M5 Plumbing Services during the Gorge wind storms last year on a day when two trees fell on our property and caused a water line break. I had some minor plumbing issues I needed tended to. The 2 young men who came went straight to work and got everything in top shape . They were friendly & courteous. After fixing a slow draining sink by allowing the stopper to raise higher they said there was no need to clean out the drain pipe (which I thought was the problem) which was a substantial savings. I appreciated their honesty by not doing something that was not needed. It's called integrity. I hope I don't have plumbing problems in the future but if I do this is the company I'll call.

Are Plumbing emergency happened over Memorial Day weekend. We were attended to with a smile and courtesy. No price gouging here. Great service and I will call them again.

Cannot really say if they are good or bad. I was given a 90 minute window for someone to show up. After 2 1/2 hours I called. Lady said she would call the plumber and have him call me to say if he was late, or when he would be there. Waited 90 more minutes. Then I called back. Her response was "He hasn't called you yet?" They had my cell. I waited 4 hours until I could not wait anymore without any call. So I cancelled the appointment to call another plumber. Give it a shot. Maybe they will show up for you.

We were out of town and the main line from the street broke in our front yard. We were referred to M5 and they came out same day fixed the line then, (with our permission) went thru our house to ensure there was no sand/dirt in any of the fixtures. Could not had ask for a better plumbing company !!!! They were very prompt and very professional.
