After getting burned at Albertsons for $18.99 for a lesser pie I went on a hunt. I found this place, that carries better pies for half the price. Plus their entire store has better products and bakery. Stoked!

Local grocery store with a large selection of organic and all natural foods. They are big on supporting the local community. My son lives there live lobster tank, he can’t wait for the day he gets to buy one!

Used Grub hub from them and they called me to ask if I actually wanted the flowers I ordered. I spoke with them on the phone and said YES, I WANT THEM, THAT'S WHY I ORDERED THEM. They just didn't send them. Only cookies. So I had paid delivery fees for a gift to my friend of only cookies, so lame, when I had ordered flowers and cookies. They didn't even offer to send them for free, since THEY just FORGOT to include them. WON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. What a waste of my time and money. Now I have to get flowers from somewhere else. No way I'm paying them twice to do what they should have done the first time. They weren't out of stock, they just forgot. Then they called to tell me they forgot. Wow, thanks a bunch.

Since major market was sold, the prices have skyrocketed. I used to buy the burgundy pepper tri-tip. All the time was always either $7.99 a pound or $8.99 a pound. It still is at Stater Brothers. Went in today and Major Market has the audacity to be charging $12.99 a pound now!! This item would get me in the store to do all my shopping. Too bad I won’t be returning after all these years. That’s what greed gets you, lost customers. I’ll drive all the way over to San Marcos to Stater Brothers instead from now on.

Reserved a turkey breast for Thanksgiving when it was picked up it was a cheap Jenny O that I could’ve bought for 3.99 a pound somewhere else! Charged 8 a pound. I was working so my dad picked it up for me, he didn’t know any better I would’ve walked away and gone to Winco where they were free with 25 dollar purchase won’t shop here again

I like this store as I can find some otherwise hard to find items. However, be sure to check expiration dates on frozen foods, every time I go there are items I put in my cart to purchase and then check the date and they are already past the expiration date. Just be sure to check. Excellent produce, lots of stuff in the deli area including sushi. Love the Swell soda by the bottle and the miscellaneous home items sometimes needed like candles, cards, etc. Super clean place and helpful staff. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out.

Yes the prices can be a little higher than Von’s or Stater Bros., but their inventory includes things I can’t always find and specialty ingredients that are not available anywhere near me.
Their deli sandwiches are fantastic and the breakfast quiche are incredibly yummy! The extensive wine and beer selections are top notch and ready made meals are much better than what you find at any other big brand stores! The red wine Tri-Tip is mouthwatering!
Even more than all these positive comments, I am always treated so much better than any other grocery store anywhere.
My recent visits to Vons across the street from Major Market have helped solidify my confidence and choice that hands down, Major Market is worth the extra money!

Stopped in for a couple fresh sandwiches. Didn't disappoint! Ham, turkey, salami and other cold cuts are top quality. The choices of sandwiches on the specialty menu offer excellent value and selection. The bread used was from their own bakery and was still warm.

The staff was patient with our order and attentive. Continues to provide good quality items. Will be back for more...
