In 2020 we lost our home in the Glass fire. While we were rebuilding we went to Mark Thomas Homes to buy furniture for the whole house. We had a great experience. They helped us figure out exactly what woukd fit in our space, with different options. Every step of the way was easy and enjoyable! Our furniture has all been delivered and we love it. The delivery guys were wonderful. They took the time to be sure the furniture was perfectly placed where I wanted it. We are so happy with all of our choices, and can't wait to enjoy this furniture for years to come!

This store super expensive. Ten thousand dollars for a leather couch is ridiculous. The furniture is nice but not nice to justify 300% markup. This is why they are going out of business. I'd love to buy some furniture, but I could furnish my entire living room for $10,000.00 or get one overpriced couch. BS

Great experience! Sorry to see this store and team leave Santa Rosa; and very impressed with the sales and service experience. We've had a couple of minor issues after delivery and installation which were promptly addressed - exceeded my expectations!

Went in to browse. Salesman insisted on following me around and trying to convince me what they have left would work for me. Interested in checking prices of various items, and got annoyed when I told him I I just started looking and wasn't ready to buy that day. If they weren't closing I'd never go in there again.

They’ve been in the “final weeks” stage since last summer. All the while posting tacky signs all over town, vehicles with “final weeks” signage, and employing people on street corners to hold up signs announcing their impending closure. What is it Mark Thomas? I suppose it isn’t entirely dishonest given that the definition of final weeks could mean 47-weeks from now and still be a true statement.

Incredibly rude and creepy salesman. We made it clear we were there to look for a new bed frame, but instead of letting us look he followed us around the store making snide remarks implying we weren’t wealthy enough to shop at their store, even though they plastered “65% off going out of business” sale signs all over town. It makes sense why this store is going out of business because there is an overwhelming aura of judgement, discrimination, and classism when you walk inside.

The older sales man was incredibly rude and followed us around the store making multiple remarks assuming our wealth status, even after we made it clear we were there to shop. He was unprofessional and made us feel extremely unwelcome.
