I called the business to get some information to have some chairs reupholstered. Since the shop has changed names since my last visit, I assumed it was under new management. A gentleman answered the phone and I asked for Mary, thinking this was the new owner. The gentleman immediately became rude and told me he didn't call employees to the phone. I explained to him I only wanted to speak with the owner just to get info and I apologized for the mix-up and was not calling for an employee. Before I could receive clarification he hung up the phone in my face. The owner of this shop Frank Morris was very unprofessional and rude. I guess I can take my business elsewhere. Maybe he was just having a bad day today, unfortunately, first impressions are lasting impressions. I wouldn't give this business 1 star. Customer service is everything!!!

I needed new foam for my sofa seat cushions. This sofa is about 13 years old and the cushions just started to wear out. I spent about $250.00 for two cushions in June of 2016. It is now Jan. 2017 and this foam is already junk!!! I feel robbed the owner sold me trash that had been stored in an old trailer behind his store. I sure hope he gets what he gives... someone to rob and cheat him!!!!!
