I can't say enough about Master's Touch wonderful craftsmanship. I brought in my grandfather's old chair for a refresh with new fabric, and not only did they help me find the perfect fabric within a lower price-point, but the chair was ready in only three weeks. They were kind and quick, and even allowed me to do a pick-up with no contact (this occurred the first week of Covid-19 shelter-in-place).

Several weeks have gone by, I have used the chair on a daily basis, food and drinks have been spilled on the new chair, and it STILL looks like new. Absolutely thrilled with the results and look forward to reupholstering other items!

Disappointed...
Wanted a Trampoline Cover restored. Gave them original, worn, cover, which fit the trampoline PERFECTLY.
Finished product was well done, but did not fit the trampoline.. it was too small.
Owner concluded he couldn't figure out what happened, said it would have to be done over and charged ME for the do-over.
I paid THEM $806 to do the job, which I thought was very expensive
I had NOTHING to do with their mistake, yet I was charged another $260 for them to fix it.
Very bad ethic. I will not recommend them to anyone, or use them again.
I am editing my review to reflect that the owners response is NOT correct.
His explanation of the situation is just not correct at
all. Apparently he is NOT an honest man.

We needed some bar stools and a foot stool reupholstered. Master’s Touch came up first on Google with fantastic reviews. We weren’t disappointed. We needed them for party and they were ready 2 days ahead of time and they are beautiful!

Once again, the people with Master's Touch have exceeded our expectations! Our old recliner needed repair of vinyl. The color of vinyl was no longer available. Shannon provided a selection of options and we went with her first color and texture since it was the closest to the original. She knows her business as do the craftsman people making the repairs. Masters Touch Custom Upholstery receives 10 stars from us!
We had our dining room chairs reupholstered for the 3rd time in 30 years. The finished product on the dining room chairs is stunning!!! The well used wood on the chairs was destroyed. The upholstery ripped to shreds by our cats (yes, we still love them).
The returned product was repaired wood frames, restained in the exact prior stain color, with, overstuffed leather cushions and beautifully padded upholstery backs.
The added “touch” of the phone courtesy, schedule, and Christian’s pick up/delivery, was a rare “service” delight!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
