Very nice furniture store with anything you can ever imagine. It's a huge store. Staff is very friendly and not "pushy". You need time when you visit this place, because it's so much to see. They also have a "Outlet" store at the same location. Bonus: water for the dog inside the entrance doors.

Excellent experience shopping at Mathis today. Angelina was true to her name!
She was patient with us and just the right level of service. Knowledgeable and good follow through. Nice job!
We also found a just right priced set of furniture for our backyard patio. A problem space to say the least - and everything worked out.
Angelina did a great job managing my husband through the pricing process and took her time listening and then explaining how things worked.
Better yet - everything will be delivered in two days. Wow!
Super excited to see the result and what we are hoping will be great delivery service. ?

I ordered some mattress covers brand new and package never opened was told I can’t return not even for a credit completely sealed. I feel like when I go to Mathis it’s almost like I’m dealing with a car dealership fighting with which sales person’s my sales person nobody wants to write anything up I. person I can’t buy anything Without a two hour computer session.. Seriously, think of switching and shopping at another furniture store too bad Mathis was always my go to for 20 years
They make such a big deal out Delivery you can deliver new items, but you can’t deliver sale? Which is it? It’s definitely not what it used to be.

Delores and Sean are amazing. We have never ever been treated so well at a furniture store! We commend their hard work, their honesty and their customer value.
We will never ever shop anywhere else. They are in a class above the rest.

3 days ago I came to store alone to look at coffee tables, end tables & floor lamp. I walked around, never acknowledged nor offered help by any sales person. They were all on their devices & not with a customer. I find this rude, considering 3 weeks ago husband and I bought $8900 of furniture & were helped then. The sales man that sold us those items walked right by and never offered assistance 3 days ago. I was there enough time for 2-3 people to at least ask. I’ll go find my house needs elsewhere with a more helpful crowd. The store only had a few customers & many sales people but they sure didn’t want to have my business again.

I recently bought a table that was over $2000 and purchased a warranty package they had offered at the time of purchase. They did not mention that marble will not be covered.

They offered a protection plan that was never any useful for the type of table I got. Now that I need a replacement I come to find out that their offer is useless and a waste of not only money but my time.

Please review and read everything before buying something they offer.

Lorena Gonzales, our Sales Associate, was truly wonderful - she listened to us, gave excellent suggestions, and has a fabulous sense of style - she really knew the store well. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. She never pushed us to buy, but she found us excellent deals to meet all our needs. Special kudos to Richard, the Manager of the Mattress/Sleep Department - he kindly and quickly explained everything we needed to consider to get our best sleep at a reasonable price. We are going back to purchase more soon!
