I just received a text message from Mattress Firm thanking ME for choosing Mattress Firm, and to please take 30 sec to write a review”. Okay, well we never received our bed frame. It showed it was shipped and gave an estimated date of delivery, but it was never delivered to our home. Now it shows order canceled! Yeah, thank you Mattress Firm for leaving me hanging for 2 weeks and canceling my order. 👏

I walked in to the store and was greeted by the manager and Tiffany. Tiffany explained the different beds and comfort levels. We walked around trying the beds and Tiffany was learning my needs. She asked good questions and understood my needs. She let walk around alone to try mattresses and kept asking if I needed any help or if I had any questions. I decided which mattress I wanted and we started the process to pay. Tiffany was very helpful and when she couldn’t answer a question she did her best to get an answer. I’m very happy with the purchase process and I’m hopeful that I selected the mattress that will be good for me.
This is my third purchase at a Mattress Firm store. They make it easy!

Our search for a bed started at Living Spaces and our experience was not pleasant with respect to their approach which was, from our experience, "make the sale at any cost." So, my wife and I decided to visit The Mattress Firm that was less than a mile away. Once we entered the store we were met with a warm welcome by a young lady named Tiffany. Tiffany was sincere and had excellent interpersonal skills. At the time we entered the store Tiffany was serving a customer but, she took the time to welcome us and stated that she was serving a customer but, would be with us momentarily.

While waiting for Tiffany another sales person named Charmain asked if she could be of help. Charmain was the essence of friendly, connected with us emotionally, knowledgeable, excellent listening and communication skills. Charmain's whole focus was on what our needs were. She listened intently to what our needs were and answered all of our questions as well as providing critical information that we were not aware of so that we would be able to make the best decision.

Charmain has excellent attention to detail skills.

After getting all the information we needed Charmaine left the decision making in our hands.... no pressure to make a sale just excellent customer service and impressive knowledge about all aspects of a mattress and it's accessories..... highly recommend Mattress Firm in San Leandro.
