Looking for a new bed for my daughter, we went into Mattress Firm yesterday afternoon. Aristotle welcomed us in and spent as much time as we needed to select the perfect bed set. Not only was he friendly and funny, he was extremely knowledgeable as well. He showed us various options and explained each of them thoroughly. My daughter was able to try each one to determine what is best for her. We were very satisfied with our experience in the showroom. Less than 24 hours later, the delivery crew just left. They were polite, punctual and quick. They also took away her old bed at no cost! Our experience with Mattress Firm exceeded our expectations and I will certainly recommend them every chance I get!

Going to mattress store is something I don’t really get every excited about but Gregg at Mattress Firm is an absolute gem! His performance is nothing short of spectacular, very patient guy, endless i should say, and his knowledge is off the charts. Gregg has made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. He had us laughing the whole time. We tried almost every mattress in store and he patiently explained and answered all our questions. He’s a rare find in today's fast-paced world, and I couldn't be more appreciative of his dedication. I had a great experience as soon as I walked in I was greeted. Dina helped me choose two great mattresses she had my son and I test different mattresses until we found two of our liking. Not to mention our delivery driver Cesar was very fast in delivering our item.

We needed a foundation delivered the next day and called several businesses in town but they were not able to accomodate us, until we contacted James - they had foundations in stock and able to deliver the next day. The foundation was delivered and their delivery team was awesome! James and team helped turn what we thought was our mission impossible to mission possible! Thank you Mattress Firm!
