I came to the store with a good knowledge of Stearns and Foster beds so I usually expect the Sales people to not know their stuff. Floyd was great he knew the product well and found me the Mattress that best suited my needs. I love Mattress Firm! Don't shop and any other mattress company.

Floyd was one of the best person we could have came across. He first came up, introduced himself, and then asked us what we were looking for. He let us walk around by ourselves and test everything, then came back to talk to us more. We walked out with a great mattress and sold us on an adjustable base! He let us test out the adjustable beds with no complaints! Floyd was amazing and so were the set up people through mattress firm!
