George (the store manager) was very friendly and helpful without pressure or trying to up-sell. We knew the brand of mattress we wanted (Tempurpedic) and he was good to point out the pros and cons of the models plus did not try to sell us more than we needed. He also took the time to really connect with us as people, not just customers. We definitely recommend and will shop here again!

We originally went to Matress Firm just to browse and compare prices; maybe even lay down on a few to get a feel of the mattresses. Then we spoke with George. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was very professional and understood our needs for a mattress (both financially and physically). In the end there was no other option but to purchase from him. It also was a plus that there was a Black Friday Sale. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
